^^ really??? i guess everyone's got a really different way of classifying what cheese is.

well i'd have to go with toca's miracle, just cause it brings a lot of funfilled memories haha.

oh and i dig amber-anyway, the original that is =)

DJ SAMMY- Boys of Summer. That tune is so awesome but has cheese stamped all over it.

Agreed, and it's not too cheesy, I figure it gets away with a bit due to being about six years old now. Also, Geert Huinink did a really nice smooth remix of it that brought it up to date a bit, although it's admittedly not as fun as the original.

Posted by Pete Mitchell on Jan-14-2004 22:45:

what ever happened to them anywayz?

wasnt their last release 'we love'???

Posted by bluastigma on Jan-15-2004 02:32:

I'd have to say most of the 'techno' played on American mainstream radio. [DJ Sammy - Heaven, Alice Deejay - Better Off Alone, etc...]

Posted by Zureal on Jan-15-2004 03:41:

I haven't read back through the posts to see if this one is listed already, but...

'INFERNO HIGH LOVE' Riva Vocal Mix

This tune is so cheesy! Totally awesome track.I recommend you all get it...i Love it!

Wow...I'm feeling pretty good about myself...sort of I like the great majority of the cheesy tunes you all are mentioning!

Anyone remember this one? This is the very first dance music I ever bought: DJ Boom - To The Top (Planeta Boom Remix)

Be gentle?

I think that Paffendorf- Crazy Sexy Marvelous is one of those tracks you got to like.

Scooter - I shot the DJ
Scooter - Ramp (The Logical Song) <-esp. the Happy Hardcore remix)
Scooter - Fuck the Millenium

Posted by DarkViper on Jan-15-2004 06:37:

DJ Sammy - Sunrise (Radio Edit)
CJ Stone - Into the Sea
CJ Stone - The Sun (Goes Down)
Green Court - Take (CJ Stone Remix)
most older remixes from CJ Stone (2000-2002)
probably a lot more i forgot right now...

you see, i am a big CJ Stone fan ... he got pretty crap recently, though

Recently got into "Laava - Wherever you Are". Kind of catchy if you ask me

Boy does everyone have a different opinion on what qualifies as cheese.
Just because a trcks becomes a commercial sucess does not make it cheese.
Tomorrow if a track like Hydra's Affinity or something like Push's Legacy[or any other serious non vocal trancer] becomes a commercial sucess do we start calling that cheese as well.
Ofcourse not.

Cheese is something deliberately made to have a feel good factor which even a 12yr old will like instantly.Guaranteed record sales.
But just cause the odd trancer becomes big you cant stop appreciating it and degrade it to the level of The VengaBoys.

Bumping this thread.

Add another DJ Encore feat. Engelina- I See Right Through To You to the list.

Also, I still like Sandstorm and Feel the Beat, but never really considered them cheese so much as just "commercial" or "well known", but who really cares...

DJ Encore - Chemistry
Kira - I'll be Your Angel
