Difficult question. Here @ home I have the VII, VIII and X. VII was very difficult and after playing VIII and X I the thought I got off the graphics waqs mostly "Wow, they suck."
X was very beautiful, the ballgame was pretty nice for a while but I've never had the chance to play it out...
VIII is for me the best @ the moment. Cause of the graphics, the gameplay, I liked the story, the drawing technique is awesome �nd Squall is one of the coolest videogames characters I have ever encountered...

I finished that FF VII. Nice game not my fav FF , I LOVE Cloud tho , great character the equipment and the battling system are fantastic too.
From the rest, I really liked the classics IV and V .

BTW everyone that voted for X till X-2 needs a shot in the head...

So now I own FFIV V VII IX X-2.
Which other FFs do u guys suggest me?
I have heard that FFVIII is shit...too bad i was gonna pick this tomorrow but...

FF6 aka FF3 on the snes in the US. Tara turning into an Esper was awesome. The opera house quests was the most captivating and original idea Ive seen in any game. When the world was "broken" and you ended up on some remote island it was an awesome moment. I thought I beat the game at that point but then realized there was a lot more to go.

I would have voted XI, having been addicted for over a year. I noticed my grades were dropping at a drastic rate and I lost my gf over the game so I stopped playing.

It needs a lot, I really mean A LOT, to even compete with that game. It's just so great! Characters, story, music... Everything! First I hated it because I just saw my cousin playing it a lot. Then I started playing it myself. Later I bought it again 2 or 3 times and it's sure have been worth the money! Now I just keep the game in my room, between some DVDs I've collected and the vinyls I have.

FFIX is also VERY good! I loved every single second I was playing it, just finished playing through it again a while ago.

I can't really say which one is the next best FF game... FFVI is a great one and I also liked VIII a lot. X and X-2 were also good, they were a lot different than the other Final Fantasies but I still enjoyed them.
