$1.90 per record sold isnt that bad a deal.

i think royalties for tracks played in clubs
would destroy the scene completely, so im glad
that this isnt happening.

Shops get something like $5, $4 go 2 the label, and I can't remember the rest (I can probably find the real break down somewhere).

Radio stations have royalties, As do events like transmission (~7k ppl events in Syd)

Yes it is. I cant remember which one he is, Burke or wills. i think he is wills. All i know is that they are really good funky house djs and always seem get the crowd going.

They can set up that room at the start muli and you can knock them down at the end

I didn't realise he played out

He usually plays with himself most of the time so when the opportunity comes along for him to show his goods, he jumps at the chance

Posted by muli on Apr-15-2004 10:00:

LOL

well I'm glad he is not playing with him self this time

Whirlpool - Under The Sun (solarstone remix)

is a very good idea, towards the latter end of your opening set.

its a good tune which can either be played at the beginning of a set, or whilst its pumping.. very versatile track in my opinion..

Ferry corsten vs thrillseekers - Sublime

is also a very nice suggestion too.

and Hyperdimension,

the senses remix of satellite isnt available on vinyl yet that im aware of. however its a very pretty cd-r that senses sent me.. however definately would be played during the middle of the set as its a very pumping remix.

honestly dude, you have got to be best dj never to have played anywhere.

wOOt.. I'm opening with that track haha.. and I am in the prog room hehe.

It's interesting, coz everyone's take on progressiveis relative to what they play the most of.

My progressive is rather melodic trance compared to elemance's progressive..... while jumping jack's progressive is my uplifting

Someon asked for Beautiful things.. I'll play that for sure!

Scottie
