it definitely is the exact same guitar sample. but we don't know, maybe Sasha and Emerson coincidentally got the sample from the same source that atb did?

atb should've known better if he was to 'quote' a classic like that though.

I wonder what Sasha's and Emerson's opinions would be on this one...like fuck....he stole it. The release does not quote a sample used for scorchio and normally they would if they used one.

i think that the old ATB tracks (9 PM, Dont Stop) are shit but i do enjoy some of his new tracks like
Schiller-Liebe (ATB Dub)
Sunset Girl
I Will Not For Get
Get High

Paul van Dyk is way better than ATB cause he creates real trance not 9 PM crap.

BTW, Jet Li vs DMX in a street fight, who would win?

ATB changes his style in every album.... If you listen to them all u'll see.

And yes, if ATB had heard Scorchio or had it in mind when making Remember, then I too indeed feel that it's a tragically poor rip-off, but then there are the aspects like permission, licensing etc and also Andre doesn't necessarily have to have heard Scorchio; then again, they are awfully similar, could be coincidense though. Pointless to argue about this though unless either of you know Andre, Alexander or Darren, or can get them to come on here and post what they know/feel about the situation. The only thing further disputing this matter will result in, is a big argument.
