From what Armin told me in D.C. he might be doing a after party like PVD did in June 25th

When did you hear this??? Cause I remember somebody asking him about and he was like....."ahhhhhhhhhh" Besides.....tickets would be on sale already.
Well I don't if he was serious about about it I just asked when he was outside "so about you're Central Park Event might you be doing a After Party somewhere and Armins answer was "I might" that was it. Yeah I am pretty sure he is not, plus its a thurdays which is really wack. WTF happen to Friday or Saturday. 
the fact that it's gonna land on a thursday is the worst of it all... armin needs to stop doing these freaky ass days
there is gotta be somewhere to go on a thursday night in nyc!

well there could be a possiblity of armin playin at an afterparty
on his gig section on his website it says hes in ibiza on the 10th
then nyc on the 12th then back to holland on thr 14th
so its not like armin will be too tired to play he will have plenty of rest from the night before and he dont have to leave right away
so who knows maybe there will be but i hope its at like a more intimate setting like at arc would be great (R.I.P) instead of roxy or spirt or whatever
I know im going I just gotta change my work schedule and work from 8-12. Im really hoping my friend comes back from Peru before this event happens. I really wish she can go with me.
so if there IS an afterparty...u think that he's only gonna spin 4 hrs at Central Park? i guess silly me, i still would love for him to spin 6 hrs outdoors. bleh. 
i wish there was some way we could officially confirm this (or has it been confirmed already?)

You all have to come to this event!! Armin was amazing july 4th in DC. His set had so many good songs in it and the DJing was fantastic. Plus it's going to be outside in the park. Last summer (for pvd) it was a beautiful summer evening and it made the concert one of the best ever. I just hope it doesn't rain, ahhh!

Hmm, I was reading through all 10 pages of this thread. I'm definitely going for 2 reasons:
1. August 12th is my birthday 
2. Armin van Buuren Vs. M.I.K.E. Present Electric Movement - Intruder might be played (which has a nice exploding buildup next to Randy Katana - In Silence (Txitarro Remix) imo)
If there's an after party, Wouldn't they talk about that soon? Considering the fact PvD's after party @ Spirit had to make you cough up more money. Anywayz, I'm going. Just look for the big tall guy and say Happy Birthday if you care.
