Get real.

for starters the whole practicality of a cheap pressing ie. no inside record sleeve. Cheap crappy cardboard outer sleeve. Dodgy label design aside...

this track deserved better than to be the next armin fodder.

I think he's just jealous that Armin's label signed it instead of Tisto's

mix will be great....

I just hate when I buy excellent vinyl and it is without inner sleeve & with crappy outer sleeve. It is so expensive, put the vinyl in good sleeve. Good quality song on a bad quality release

heres a tip.....

don't listen to asot then if you would stop listening to it on repeat it would not be overplayed.

im just happy the song is getting on a well known label and getting out to us. IM alos hoping that this means subsequent releases will be out on a label quicker and easier. so congrats again

I think what people are saying is that it will get over-played and become another ATRC. That's my guess, but either way, I'll still like the tune.

although I still like atrc, I think I am immune to the whole overplayed syndrome.

damn. Its actually gonna be painful trying to buy something off an Armin label.

Worst sell out of the year? So Mike, Mark, and Colleen are sell outs now because they signed with a major trance label that was more than professional in their approach to establish a business relationship with Interstate? Do you even know them to be saying shit like that about them? Did it ever occur to you that you might not know all the facts?

I bet that at least 75% of you that posted negative responses in this thread would be saying that same thing if Magik Musik had signed it. Get over yourselves and try to be happy for the artists for a change. I know that will be extremely difficult for some of you on TA, but you should try it for a change. This isn't about what you would have done. The track has already been signed.

Same here. In fact, I can probably count on both hands how many times I've heard ATRC.

If only we all were as mature as Amber...

Posted by bobba lou on Oct-11-2004 18:23:

Amber has just signed on as Armada attorney

Funny that, i'd like to see how many people would be singing this track's praise if it wasn't mike who had posted the thread in the first place. Too much arse kissing on this board. MichaelBoogerd! would have gotten no grief for his comment if any other board member had started this thread.

I would be
it's a fairly cool tune, reminds me of stuff Oakie used to play in 99
I couldn't give a flying fuck who posted about the thread
why have you got a german flag in your profile mikey? not gone all anti england like the rest of the vandit crew have you?

Well yes I know you would be But many would not.

And I was in germany a little while ago, and hadn't realised i'd not changed it back till you just spotted it now. I'll go change it.

Mike Burns is a friend of mine. I would defend him like I would any other friend of mine. That's being a FRIEND...not kissing ass. Get a clue.

There are other threads regarding this track that received just as much praise in them.

Posted by leftymo on Oct-12-2004 00:59:

I would be, I already said I bought Oakie's CD ONLY b/c it had this track on it!

I wouldn't have purchased it otherwise.

And nice to see it reminds someone of Oakie back in 99, its the first time I heard it (WMC 2004, Essential Selection by Oakenfold).

I don't care who made it, the fact remains I love it. And to be honest, by it going to Armin's label, it means it'll get played a lot more, which is good or bad depending on who you are, but a track I like being played more often couldn't possibly be bad, could it?

Unless it gets killed like say Iio's rapture or something.

Posted by keithos27 on Oct-12-2004 01:12:

PS. Remixes by either Tilt or The Space Brothers

Now that's keepin' it real. I don't get why everyone's got to hate over who signed to whose label. OMG IT WENT TO ARMADA WTF YOUR SONG IS GONNA SUCK NOW! Look, it got signed. It's going to get a release and will be on vinyl for any DJ in the world to spin it. That's essentially it. Who gives a shit if they didn't get it signed to Magic Muzik or any other label? I'm not saying you have to like the song, but if you don't like it, then don't buy it.

I personally don't know Interstate myself, but I'm happy for them cuz they're contributing to the scene. Now I'm gonna listen to Creamfields again, raise my hand in the air once "I Found You" comes on, and smoke a blunt.

yeah for real...like...I still LOVE the track...but it's been hammered out, and the hype is gone.

They shouldn't have sat on it so long.

Is there going to be a CD release, or just Vinyl?

Posted by itsTrueSonic on Nov-16-2004 17:20:

love the track.
i do agree with the above, .. it does kinda remind me of the old oakenfold sets of 98-99..

Posted by JJ-T1 on Nov-16-2004 17:41:

Congrats, Nice track!

Posted by arturob on Nov-16-2004 17:48:

vinyl release. original + 2 remixes.

Posted by isoterra on Nov-16-2004 17:58:

It's not what would normally be my style but I do rather like it, has alot of atmosphere to it, esp with the strings & the tone of the vocals.

I'm firmly of the belief that it matters shit all what label it's signed to tbh. I'd still buy it.

Posted by Romain on Nov-16-2004 18:06:

yeah that's a cool track
