I like Abandoned Artist � War Television, great track, but i don't like the intro to 006, the song is a little to energetic for vcs IMO, but the rest of the set is perfect, good mixing, o and btw, the last track has horrible skipping in it. going to dl 005 and comment, rasper

edit: i'll check later to see if you got the thing with globalbeats set up, and the song 6 or 7 that has vocals "we want freedom.." is my other fav track of the set.

Wow, I just heard 003 and I am very impressed. The mixing is flawless and the track selection couldn't flow more perfectly. That 2 years of practicing really paid off for you. Amazing set, truly.

Dark Vibrations - Between Two Bodies is a really techy, slow moody song. I actually pitched it up 6% to get it up to 127 bpm. I've been wanting to start a set off with that track for some time now.

I checked my MP3 of the set and I don't notice any skipping. I usually check over the mix in its entirety for errors but I didn't notice one. D Howell's track is a pretty busy song, so it might just be something normal or a screwed up d/l.

And finally I have no clue whats taking so long with the account deal. I'll have 005 up in a few days. And no doubt 007 will be up on Monday. For some reason 005 isn't coming around the way I want it to. I won't upload unless I'm satisfied. And if anyone has noticed I'm only satisfied when its damn near perfect.

I am very impressed with your work. I wasn't going to post after the comments you made about me but after listening to the last three sessions I just felt the need to say job well done. It truly defined the passion and work of a true great DJ.

Obviously you have picked unique tracks, but what I find more impressive is your ability to find quality amongst the trash. Of equally impressiveness is the fact your from Texas and you able to produce such high quality dance music. .

Your mixing is fantastic. I admire the skills you show.



Keep up the good work and I look forward to hearing more of your mixes in the future.

Hmm I have only listened to it on my minidisk, so maybe i'll check it out on my computer at home (not this one). It is definately skipping, and not the kind of skipping that is on purpose, as holden or ozz would use, bad enough to make me turn it off for all the 3 times i listened to it, o and it starts skipping slightly before the last track starts mixing in so probly another sign that it's just a messed mp3

Just got a hold of 006, and if it's anything like 001-4 I'm going to be owned yet again this week. Hope 005 is up soon, especially after hearing how it flows into 006. All in all, absolutely amazing sets. Great choons and awesome mixing, so don't go changing anything. Or else.....

managed to get 006 today.. first half was a bit too chilled for my tastes, i like my breaks more driving, like the second half of your set.

transitions were spot on!

Hey Guys,

Ok, I have all day today and tomorrow to finish up the Fall semester at school with finals and exams. Bare with me as I get through these; they consume me at the moment. I have 005 and 007 lined up for Friday and a massive 008 for Monday. Session 008 will be up for d/l right after I have it aired as a guest mix on Alex Chapman's - Outklassed Radio Show (http://www.alteredstateslounge.com). I'll post more info about the show this weekend as a reminder.

Ok, I had a really great TL going for the guest mix I'm doing and I was going to make that 008 but I didn't get all my vinyl/cd's in, in time. So I took down 007 and now am making that my guest mix and I changed the TL up a little bit. 005 is sitting here on my PC, but I'm trying to convert to MP3 as we speak.

Just to let everyone know, there wont be any upfront. The first hour will be my tunes of 2004, and the second hour will be Steven's mix, unfortunately there wasnt enough time on alteredtsates for all 3 hours to be played.

Show time of my guest mix got a little strange today but the download for it(007) is up! Enjoy.
