Spyder, after reading the clarification of your first post I'm going to ammend my earlier advice. Since you're not looking for general pick up tips, rather you're interested in meeting a particular guy you saw I'll suggest the following (some of which has already been mentioned):

1. Make eye contact with the guy. In a loud club this is the best form of communication. It�s direct and hard to misinterpret, but some of us guys a real block heads so follow up with step #2.

2. Get close to him smile and give him an opportunity to strike up a conversation. If he's at the bar you might want to get next to him, order a drink or ask some question he'll know the answer to. What song is the dj playing? What's good to mix with red bull? Get creative and think of something to say. We can't tell you how to do everything besides, that would take the fun out of it. One thing guys love to do more than anything else is help a lady in need whether she got a flat tire or wants advice. If you don't believe me just look at all the guys falling over each other to give you advice in this thread. It's a good way to intiate things while leaving the guy with the impression that he's starting things.

Sounds like you're just a little inexperienced. Like the saying goes 'practice makes perfect' Good luck and let us know how it turns out.

so i went to the club
and well i found out he does the lights in the club, the lazers and shit....

well he was always with his buddies and i was alone and i never got to catch him alone....
i looked at him a few times but never got to actualy go up to him and i think he got to look at me as well.. but i was too drunk to realy notice

so i dont know what to do now.... my next plan of action go out again sometime later on... and well this time with ppl so that way at least i dont have to feel tottaly lost..

i was thinking maybe leave him my number but then if hes not gutzy enough to come up to me and talk i doubt he would be gutzy enough to call.......

i dont kow what to doo anymore....

Was good to see the 'got a light' line was helpful. Its always funny when girls try this and they don't even smoke haha.

But you are on the right track with your idea.

I'd go up to him and write your name and number on the back of a beer coaster or something, (you don't want it to look to premeditated), and say "i bet you are busy being at work and all and if you want to give me a call here's my number". Then I would leave and go somewhere else. You don't really want him watching you all night, as this will meave some mystery there.

And if you pick up he won't want you, and if you don't pick up he may not want you either, so just leave it and dash out, and wait for the call.

If he says that he remembers you from last time you don't want to look like a stalker, so say that he could be right, but he's cute.

k here was the prob HE was the one in a group... the only time i saw him alone was when he was going to the bathroom... and i'm sorry i'm not gona just jump in his way and say "hey did i see you at Mark Oliver?" like i dont know, it seems a bit odd to me at least...

k now i have a little other prob ... this friday it seems like theres gona be some good trance playing at the club and well do i take the risk and go this saturday knowing that he MIGHT be there... and he might think i'm sorta strange... for being there again..
or do i just forget it and go to the club on my own time with friends when i'm drunk again..
or do i just go but ignore him if he is gona be there?

Why? That was how I met my last girlfriend. It was getting towards the end of the night, I was standing off to the side with a beer while my friends were dancing (think Phil K was playing at this stage - couldn't get into the breaks) when a girl walks past, kinda doubles back and then says to me "Hey, weren't you at Anthony Pappa a few weeks ago?". You're not going to look like a stalker if you go up to him and try to start a conversation with him about the music you're both listening to (hell, I start conversations about the music in a club with random people all the time - it doesn't mean I want to pick them up). Besides, what have you got to lose?
