double?

First off, I will not want that. I'd rather have one quality cd than 2 mediocore cds. And considering the ISOS series are one diskers, I doubt tiesto would change that pattern.

so basically, what im getting to is:

proof or STFU!

Posted by Kooshtie on Mar-21-2005 10:25:

ISOS1 is way better than 2 imo....the reason some will like 2 over the first is understandable....i guess. But 1 is way more technical in my opinion and alot more memorable, has this nice oldschool clubby feel to it, 2 is good as well. Three had no structure whatsoever...and if felt like a bumpy rollercoaster ride, rather than a blissful journey.

Im not holding any high hopes for 4 because as said....trance nowadays is way too fucking cookie cutter and garbage...and we wont see any memorable or classy names like Cass&Slide etc...on this upcoming one..what we'll see instead is crap like mark norman, phynn, mr sam and fred baker <---- ewww , stuff like that. It wont carry that traditional feel im guessing, i could be wrong...maybe TIjs has it in him to pull out something from under his sleeve and give us goodness, but more than likely it will be just another 03',04' soundin run. What I hope is that hes got some underground GEMS stored for this mix cd, because if he bombs this one, he will be even more hated than he is now, and made fun of even more heh...this is like in Rocky where he loses to Clubber Lang...if he bombs another cd, its over. Nyana was half assed, Just Be was for pussies, parade of the athletes was for forum noobs...and heres where he can prove himself again, can he do it? Stay tuned.....

How many albums have you made and released?

i've spoken to a dj who is also a well known label owner and 2 of label's tracks are signed to isos. he saw the tracklisting and also said that it's a double cd comp. i was surprised aswell, but that's what he told me.

Man all you Sour @SS people should just chill out!
Yes your all pissed of that tiesto is so mainstream but common stop putting the guy down. He's put out some quality stuff in that past and theres every indication that ISOS 4 is going to be nothing less. Especially that its very likely that the track that I heard at Aria there the infamous #9 is going to be on the cd.
Now if your one of them "I hate Tiesto like i hate britney spears" people, well take your pathetic sour @ss campaigne somewhere else.
No problem with all you people discussing what not about the cd. But all the others who are just putting him down just because its the latest trend are pretty pathetic and should look at yourselves before putting him down.

Unless you've already heard the cd, STFU with the hating.

That also goes for all you guys that are punking around all the new comers in TA who usually warship tiesto because they were probably introduced to trance by his music.

Remember, you were once a noob too.

Now, I can't wait for ISOS4 especially since the aria track #9 is going to be on it. I really hated to death the Olympics cd but thats a special case. I really think hes going to surprised alot of people with this cd.

the odyssey track is amazing, robin and daniel rock.

Posted by Clovis on Mar-21-2005 20:31:

There are so many OTHER CDs I'd rather shell out money for its not even funny...

Posted by Dan1584 on Mar-21-2005 20:41:

Nyana was Tiesto's last REAL mix comp. Yes we can almost all agree that CD1 wasn't that good AT ALL. But I think A LOT of us can agree that CD2 was rather good. Tiesto has ALWAYS been magical with his Mix Comps so I don't assume anything less.

Remember everyone hated Oakenfold but he surprised the hell out of us with Creamfields...

So STFU, you haven't heard the CD yet...

that would be rather impossible seeing as it hasnt been mixed yet
I dont see the Odyssee track fitting on an ISOS-like comp tho
We'll see what itll be
I still hope for some awesome ISOS-like tracks... cross my fingers

Yes, ISOS2 is indeed the most amazing fantastic, absolute blissful compilation made. So lucid, so tight.

Only Paul Oakenfold - Another World by Perfecto CD2, Gatecrasher - Summer Sound System CD2 and DJ Dazzle - Freedom 3 - The Norway Sessions comes close.

Posted by Kooshtie on Mar-21-2005 22:49:

^ uhhhh .... ok well considering 2 Years of Oakey @ Cream is just as good...i wont say anythin else.

Posted by Kooshtie on Mar-22-2005 00:55:

^ smart "trancers" such as thee above is why we have such a great scene nowadays... ...u dont care if it sucks but ull be buying it anyway?

"Leon Bollier - Beyond " I hope this is the track armin spun last weeks ASOT

The track everybody thought it was the castamara b-side

Posted by Stephenox on Apr-02-2005 20:55:

Ooh, Killa!

Posted by PersianMafia on Apr-02-2005 21:25:

IMO, putting the original version of Killa is a bit overplayed. He should have requested a remix or included a Anything But You remix. As for the other songs, I barely know any of them, except the BT and Blank and Jones songs. So I sure am excited to hear the rest of the 12 songs! I'm holding myself from getting any samples and free releases of the other tracks. Waiting for it all to be released.

BTW, where are they much awaited Tiesto productions, other than the Allure song? Is there a second disc?

Posted by KlePto on Apr-02-2005 21:25:

phynn - solitude & grey area - gravity, are the shiz!!

Agreed, he used to be great. Lost his direction in DJ'ing at the minute and at times with production, though more DJ'ing than productions as 'Just be' and 'Forever today' were amazing tunes.

Being a pretty huge BT fan, I was really impressed with Tiesto's remix of 'FoG'. It was solid.

As for all the information swirling around about this double CD, just wait 'till it gets closer to release.

Posted by Tayfoon on Apr-04-2005 04:53:

Being completeley honest I think the tracklist looks great

a couple of trax Im not a fan of (Remix of FoG, Perfect Silence and Netherworld)

But the new Allure, a shitload of trax i never heard of and not to mention
