For most goosebumps given for the amount of time I have been listening to it:

Dj Rodd-Y-Ler - Lifesigns <-- Been listening to it for 6 years now

Most consistent in terms of amount of times versus how long I have been listening to it for:

Adam Sheridan - Lektrik <-- Only been listening to it for 2 years, but EVERY time the main riff kicks on on the first buildup I get tingles

the reason I have 2 copies of my 2 fav tracks of all time, the original presses never get played
