I trust my friends as well but I wouldn't trust all of them when it comes to being with women.... especially my little sister (if I had one). I think I only have two friends that I would be okay with dating my little sister. There's just too much history with many of my friends and moments where they've done or said things about women that I would beat the shit outta them for if the woman involved were someone I loved.

I know where you're coming from with the brother thing though.... my brother was dating a girl of and on for almost a year that I had slept with one drunken drugged out night. She felt a little awkward around me and I with her.

She does and he'd would definately think differently of me if he knew my history. And that is exactly my point.... I know my friends' histories far to well to ever be comfortable with them dating my sister (again, if I had one). It isn't that I think any of them are dogs (in fact I am by far the worst of all my friends when it comes to women and I treat my fiancee like a princess)... Unfortunately, nearly all of us have some moments in our past that are less then shinning... the problem is that I know what they have done in the past and how they may have treated women in the past and that would bother me beyond believe to think that they are capable of doing the same to someone I love.

And yes it may be hipocritcal but I'm far from perfect and I'm being honest here...

I didn't say I would forbid it, however, I cannot say I'd be happy about it. My initial reaction if a buddy of mine nailed my drunken sister in my parent's hot tub would be to beat his ass to a pulp (unfortunately I'm not a tough guy and would probably fail myserably at this). I can't really tell you for sure how I would feel after that as I have never been (and could never be) in that situation.

it's funny how my parents' roles are totally reversed. my mother raised me alone (for the most part) so SHE is the one that my boyfriends have to get the approval of...my dad is like mr. nice guy...totally not macho or confrontational. he'll be nice and have a beer with u right away, but my mom is the one that u feel the need to impress or get the OK from. she's the hard ass. my dad is a sissy, but i love him to death.

well he is NOW, but he wasn't always. i laugh when i think about how his 2 front teeth are fake ones and have been knocked out twice in fights. hahaha i SO cannot picture my dad fighting, but apparently he used to have a nasty temper. glad i never saw it.

On a serious note jason, was it kinda weird banging your friends sis when they might look a little like each other. Back when I did a friends sis that was the reason I couldnt date her seriously, it reminded me of him a bit & freaked me out.

If the guy is really a friend then you should tell him straight away. If he's an aquaintance then your course of action is a'ight but don't be surprised that he's no longer friendly once he finds out. If you really don't give a shit about being friends with this dude then keep slammin' his sister.
