Also, is anyone sure that we can't submit duos (like G&D)?

In no order:-

Marco V (love the way he plays what ever he wants his teky sets are wicked)

Armin van buuren (he builds a set like noone i have ever seen and his mixing is unreal)

Above & beyond (fantastic sets and lots of energy behind the decks really gets the crowd going)

Adam sheridan (has played some of the best sets i have ever seen love his abilty to follow any dj and keep the place moving)

Paul van dyk (i have been impressed with a few of his sets this year apart from him playing almost identical sets at global and dance valley)

i noticed a few tracks crop up on both occasions but the overall structure was quite different, to my memory. although i was very mashed at global so don't take this as a definite

mine:

1. lookin like disco boomer atm
2. pvd
3. sander van doorn
4. jon o'bir
5. dunno. mikey i guess

and i'm at a complete loss as to why anyone would want to vote for tiesto

Posted by Joost on Aug-21-2005 08:58:

Hm, I hear some good names in here. Although I don't know Mikey Mike and Disco Boomer. Sorry

my votes will go to:

1. Sasha
2. Remy
3. Perry O'Neil
4. Darren Emerson
5. Armin van Buuren

Dutch DJs aren't so popular anymore. All the English ones are winning now. Baah, I guess it was bound to happen sooner or later.

1. Ferry Corsten (always been a fan, he's never dissapointed me)
2. Armin van Buuren (great allround DJ, and asot radio of course)
3. Benjamin Bates (best concert/set I've seen was by him)
4. James Zabiela (probably the best at mixing in the world)
5. G&D (amazing sets, very trancey)

FFS!

If you like Tiesto, don't vote for him. You'd be doing him a favour.

At the end of the day these are peoples opinions and shouldnt be criticised if u hav a life. tbh tiesto will still be number 1 just because of him djing all over the world and that most americans like him. Does it really matter who is best? If u just go and see 3-4 djs that play mostly the same thing then u don't apeciate dance music. I know this is tranceaddict but trance (even tho I like it) is well dead - well in the UK.
