Nada, you have so much energy. I love it. You always make me want to dance more when you're around.

holy crap cox spun til 9am?!?!?!?

great set, cox was amazing.. was really packed from 330-400am right before ferry spun, but he was still able to control the dance floor

First off I have to thank Pat for the guestlist but once we got to the front of the line security wasn't gonna let my friend John in because he didn't have proper I.D. but after I pleaded with the head of security he let him in

Overall it was a pretty good nite...I liked Timo Maas, Ritchie Hawtin was ok & Carl Cox was wikid too...I didn't stay too late because my back was really achy so I left around 5am

Crowd wise it was rammed in the guv but thats typical but Koolhaus had plenty of room to dance...

As usual it was awesome to see the TAs in the house

Thats pretty much it

seems like mostly people had lots of fun lastnite.
I wish i'd save my energy for sunday ,but i went so hardcore on saturday that i really was tired the next day.
Wish i'd see cox i've never seen him live,,but next time he comes i'll be there for sure !

Good times...
The night started off slow, shannon and I spent a lot of time just wandering between all the rooms and the tent until we finally found our groove for the night.
Ferry: awesome set better than I had expected, and yes the sound was 10x better in the koolhaus than ever before.
Andrea, thanks for showing up at 6a.m. J/K.
Nada, your crazy but I love it- Salaam shoma chetore???? (I think, I can never really remeber how it goes) haha

Later
Danielle

Ya I noticed that too & I had my earplugs on...Good job to the sound techs

Posted by TheDanLevy on Oct-10-2005 22:30:

wow what a night!
my friend was supposed to come to my apt near eglinton from thornhill to leave for 11ish but of course he slept in so i had to race down got there round 1245, been working all day on my feet 12-6 and had no sleep the night before but for Ferry i was ready to rock!
Thanks to John Tang for hooking up the guestlist
Timo Maas wasn't bad, a little too slow for my tastes but a decent warm up for Ferry.
Once Ferry came on I was pouding and rocking for an hour before my friend started tapping me on the shoulder....TO LEAVE?!?!! I was like hell no bro! We are staying for Ferry that's what I am here for. Ferry laid down some ridiculous tracks and I wish I could have stayed for his entire set but I was forced to leave (almost bodily hehe) @ 625, wish I could have heard Rock Your Body But at least got to hear him throw down FB feat Edun -Who's Knockin'?, Rachael Starr - Till There Was You, Ferry Corsten - Galaxia, & Solid Globe - Lost Cities
All in all! A great night!

This was, by far, my best night at the GUV Complex EVER!

I actually left at 4am, but from 12-4 I was dancing NON-STOP FRONT AND CENTER BABY!

Got a really cool promotional CD from Lee Burridge (Who absolutely DESTROYED ME) And I had no choice but to go shake his hand and thank him for a great set, I almost puked because my mouth and throat were so dry since I didn't want to leave the dance floor to buy a bottle of water, probably a good thing I finally did because...

I went and checked out some breaks for the first time in my life... caught an hour of Uberzone and OMGOMGOMGOMG! I love breaks, the extra beats you can follow make for some insanely fun dancing!

I have no idea if any TAs were around me front and center in the KH and Orange Room until Tordan came by, not that I cared or even paid any attention, I was in heaven with all that dancing space so close to the stage!

Went up to the Drink and made my way up to the Skybar, went back to the Drink and danced my ass off for another hour, then went home. I had to leave early unfortunately because today we had the relatives over for Thanksgiving... sucks that my night had to end so early. But I got my dance on... and with my nice new shoes, my legs and feet are actually still in top-condition!!!

The sound in the KH was the best I've ever heard it, and my ears LOVED that the sound was just loud enough, instead of the usual drum-blasting bullshit those Guv-heads like to pull.

PS: I find that I'm loving the warmup Progish sets more than headliners these days... so maybe I left at just the right time
