Ah yes, my awesome grey t-shirt with the grey customised logo and grey text. Goes down a treat in the clubs.

Well as you've probably seen before, geordies tend to wear short sleeve shirts, even in winter, so you can't go too far wrong with that. Most my nights out are in a short sleeve shirt, that's prolly what I'll wear here.

However, one off clubbing events like this are a bit different to your normal club. People tend to go in what they want. At the Dome NYE party, people had tracksuit bottoms on, trainers, even people with puffa jackets tied round their waist. I wouldn't advise going that far, you don't want to take a chance with the bouncers. I'm just going to be a boring sod and go in a shirt.

well i always wear my good old home made crasher lion t shirt (coz i got nowt else to wear really!) and some trousers that are supposed to be shiney, which they arnt really, and trainers. plus all the other jazz, beads, hair, face paint etc.

as for meeting up my lot and whoever else is meetin me at darlo b4 hand are gettin in newcastle for whichever is the last bus b4 9 (lats to stop in newcy b4 nine) at the metro centre, then meeting whoever wants to meet us, then toddle off to the telewest from there.

Posted by Luke Terry on Jan-25-2002 22:20:

Might be a bit risky for a couple of reasons.

If it were a normal club, there's not a single club in Newcastle that would let you in wearing that.

This event is different, and events like this do let people wear what they want, and many people either dress up normally in shirt and pants, or in some party gear.

Also, I reckon it'd probably make you look younger, which would be a problem.

It probably wouldn't matter, but is it worth the risk? I'm just sticking to a shirt and some dress-pants.

Pants = trousers, lol
