Funny thing is, many people only ever visit london, and think they've seen the whole UK!
A very special bye bye to.........

Graham Poll is fucked up and I've always thought that, even since he fucked up Ukraine the first time a couple of years ago.
hopefully his 3 yellow = red was enough for Fifa to decide never to use his dumbass again.

| Poll fits the bill for final referee From The Daily Express - 22/06/2006 MICK DENNIS THERE are, at least, three Englishmen at the World Cup who are fulfilling their potential - referee Graham Poll and his two assistants. There is an increasing feeling that Poll, Philip Sharp and Glenn Turner are on course to take charge of the final if England do not manage to stumble through to the July 9 match in Berlin. The three English officials have earned good appraisals from their two matches to date and were hurriedly given a third assignment, today's tense clash between Croatia and Australia in Stuttgart. It is highly unusual to get three group games and the clear hint is that they are being tested to see if they can confirm the belief that they are the top team of officials. There are 21 referees here, each with two assistants from his own country, but those who do not do well in qualifying will be sent home. Some high-profile names have already been pencilled in for the cull. German ref Markus Merk blundered when Australia's Harry Kewell swore at him after the defeat by Brazil. Merk should have shown Kewell the red card as they were both still on the field of play. Instead he reported Kewell, but FIFA decided not to ban the Liverpool man due to the ref 's mistake. Poll was spot-on with his decision-making in his first game, between South Korea and Togo, when he sent off Togo captain Jean-Paul Abalo. In his second, when Saudi Arabia met Ukraine, he earned plaudits for booking Saudi's Omar Al-Ghamdi for diving. A less fit and less alert referee might have given a penalty but Poll was close at hand. England is the only country to have fully professional referees and FIFA, who support the idea of professionalism, were impressed by Poll's level of physical and mental preparedness. ENGLAND and Sven-Goran Eriksson have a major problem. |

/patiently waits for someone to post pics of cute korean chicks that are sad
i hope Germany goes out too Malek has been pissing me off with his whoring of that shitty team
It's quite funny to see all the euphoria in Germany right now, simply because they beat three mediocre to downright poor squads in a pathetically weak group that they were obliged to win with ease anyway. A couple of weeks ago Klinsmann was this [] close from being fired
I guess the Germans suffer from serious short-term memory loss. I can't wait to see what happens when they actually meet a decent side which will painfully expose their lack of defensive qualities
Goodbye Korea

Aye, the Swedes will kick their overly jubilant asses and burst that nice little bubble of theirs.
