OK, make that 2 - 11. This is coming from the higher power. Clean up from 11 to 12. EVERYONE BETTER HELP OUT.
We will need a couple strong men to show up an hour early and help set up everything.

Yes, the large grill will be there. Will need volunteers to act as rotating 'marshalls' of the event, and cooks for the grill.
PLEASE PUT ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN PLASTIC CUPS. Officially, there's no drinking in the street, only on private property. So please conceal in plastic cups, and try to bring cans over glass bottles if u can (obviously wine, coolers & booze are the exception).
Some DJ's have been finalized, other slots to fill still. Trying to get some new folks in on the action, don't worry.
If anyone has any large coolers, they should bring them to store people's food and drinks. I will get some, but more are always welcome.

We need people to be in charge of certain things. Please contact me to let me know if what capacity you are able to help.
We will need several people to be in charge of plates and cups and garbage bags.
And unfortunately i will not have the capacity to make a giant cake so if anyone is up for it then please make us proud!
