| The Jaguars manhandled one of the NFL's toughest-minded franchises, scoring their most impressive victory since mauling the Miami Dolphins 62-7 in the 1999 playoffs. |

| Pittsburgh managed to gain just 153 yards. More importantly, they only mustered 26 rushing yards, the lowest total in Bill Cowher's 15 seasons as Steelers coach. |

| Last year, the Jaguars' 23-17 overtime win at Pittsburgh carried a caveat because the Steelers were without their two best playmakers - Roethlisberger and wide receiver Hines Ward. |

No one stops Pittsburgh's run like Jacksonville. Pittsburgh is a good team i might add, but the Jaguars were the better of the two last night. Props to Jack Del Rio for bringing up this team from dead after Coughlin left. |

while i am overly excited about our win over the steelers, i took this to heart.
this is the jaguars senior editor in his on-going fan-answering articles, ask-vic.

| Daniel from Wichita, KS: It's obvious, we are one of the elite teams in the NFL now, but if we win against Indy next week can anyone dispute us? Vic: Who's disputing the Jaguars? What are the roots of this insanity? You wanted respect and now you have it. When is it enough? It's a real simple formula: Win and go up, lose and go down. What we're going to find out now is how tough it is to stay on top. The Colts held that top spot for nearly the entire season last year; little good it did them. The Jaguars are at one week and counting. The season didn't end last night. They didn't present the Lombardi Trophy. There are 15 weeks remaining. |
Which is the worst team right now out of the 0-2's
make a non power poll)
Tampa Bay
Miami Dolphins
Oakland Raiders
Green Bay
Carolina Panthers
Houston texans
Washington
Detroit
Cleveland
Tennessee
Kansas City
Mine
worst to better)
1. Oakland(too many problems with this team)
2. Tennessee(young is playing ,so they already have chalked up a lost season)
3.Green Bay(put Aaron Rodgers in to get some time if they keep losing)
4. Detroit( d looks better,o still looks lost)
5. Houston(see Carr run,see Carr fall)
6.Cleveland(too many injuries, how does a team lose 4 centers before the season starts)
7. Tampa Bay(bad o-line and simms should have gotten mike shanahan's initials tatted on him and not kyles...gradkowski starts in simms plays like ass ahain)
8. Miami(culpepper has become drew bledsoe in the pocket)
9. Kansas City(2 starting tackles gone and Green's bell rung)
10.Washington(Brunell struggling with the new offense, where is cooley)
11. Carolina(no smith,no offense)

Saints will still end up bottom of their division with a losing record. So everyone, what are the prospects like for next years draft? Being a Raiders fan means that the only positive thing is were are going to have a great pick next year. |
Troy Smith!
1.) Oakland - no doubt... Moss and Jordan, and they can't do shit...
2.) Tampa Bay - I never though Simms was special or will be...
3.) Tennessee - ummm, maybe I thought they would be decent, but it doesn't look like it... got killed last week...
4.) Kansas City - not that Trent Green is a stud, but they are worthless without him...
5.) Green Bay - Favre has been done for 4 years, I'll be surprised if they win more than 3 games...
6.) Houston - just because... its the friggen Texans!
7.) Detroit - Kitna makes me cringe, but they got weapons, I have faith for some stupid reason in Martz...
8.) Cleveland - Charlie Frye will lead the troops, and ROMEO doesn't go on losing streaks...
9.) Washington - Gibbs THIS... Portis will be back, they'll be aight
10.) Carolina Panthers - rought start, no Steve Smith, they'll be fine...
11.) Miami - I'm still on the Daunte bandwagon, unless he fucks up this week, then I'm done...
Who are the best team out of the 2-0's? from best to worst...
New England
Baltimore
Cincinnati
Indianapolis
Jacksonville
San Diego
Chicago
Minnesota
Atlanta
New Orleans
Seattle
1.) New England - PATS! I don't think I need to say anything else...
2.) Chicago - WTF is going on in Chi-town, I like it!
3.) Indianapolis - Eh...
4.) Cincinnati - Carson and Chad... oh and that Rudi guys is decent...
5.) Baltimore - SURPRISING the hell out of me...
6.) Jacksonville - Do they even need Fred? I don't think so...
7.) Atlanta - Vick looks really good...
8.) Seattle - Shaun needs to get back to MVP form...
9.) San Diego - LT is carrying them...
10.) Minnesota - WTF???
11.) New Orleans - DOUBLE WTF, WTF!?!?!?!?!
I don't think there's any doubt in my mind that the Raiders are the worst team in the NFL. Art Shell is just horrific and their QB's, O Line, and everything really is just total garbage.
Next, I'd have to say Tennessee and the Texans are the other top 3 worst teams. By far. That's the top 3 picks in the draft next year in my opinion. I think Tampa is better than that but still nothing special. Simms...he's about to be pulled from his job. Gruden is going berserk over that guy.
Daunte sucks ass. That was one guy I wanted to avoid in any fantasy football draft. He licks, sucks, and blows.
Pansies BARELY beat the Jets and the Bills. Best team? You're a funny guy!
Well Portis will be playing this week, so I'm kind of happy. Maybe we will turn this whole thing around. The Redskins are just fill with injuries. Even Moss is injured.
redskins win! im watchin the giants game now, and they look terrible. I feel sorry for them playing in Seatle, what a shithole place it is.

ok...
Jags are gonna pwn the Skins next week congrats on your win against the TEXANS though.
Also the Jets won again
but the real
Chad is still 100%

Chris Simms season is pretty much over after having his spleen removed after todays game(usually at least a 3 month injury to heal).I wonder if Kyle Shanahan flew to Tampa to hold his hand during the operation. It is now looking like an 0-16 record could be reached now,Gradkowski is nowhere near ready to play right now.

Better start printing those Super Bowl tickets for the Redskins Kapedan because they just beat the TEXANS. When I heard Brunell completed 22 straight passes I asked my buddy "were they for 35 yards in total?"
