If there is any justice in this world West Ham will get relegated. The FA are a fucking disgrace - they say West Ham knowingly broke the rules to play two players who otherwise would not have been able to play. They should have had an automoatic relegation let alone points deduction. 5.5m? Fucking joke considering the amount of money they get paid next season if they stay up

West ham escapes relegation.
Woot.
Tevez and Curbishley did wonderfully for this escape.
Now... Let's see what Sheffield United does in the court
beh, couldnt watch match of the day, only bbc2 on tele
nice to hear the hammers stay up
Now I wonder which team will pick Tevez...
Well we aren't good enough to beat Wigan at home (or even draw with them!) so we ain't good enough for the Premiership!
Oh well, it could be worse, I suppose I could be renting an apartment in Bagdad!
West Ham should go down.
When you look at Rotherham at the end of last season and going into the 06-07, being disciplined by a deduction of 10points for the financial trouble they were having.
None of that had anything to do with cheating.
Yet a 5.5m fine and no deduction of points for West Ham makes no sense.
Le sigh

| Originally posted by EvilTree The 10 pt deduction for going into administration is there so that teams with poor finance don't use that as easy way to escape their financial troubles. Leeds also got deducted 10pts this season for going into administration at the end of the season. IMO this is quite different from Tevez shenanigans. |

Sheffield United got fucked. West Ham should be going down.
But there's that ugly FA favourtism of London clubs rearing its ugly head again.
Anyone notice how West Ham's fixtures match Sheff Utd's fixtures EXACTLY?!
ie Every week West Ham are at home, so are Sheff Utd and vica versa! Pretty easy to swap them round!
I'd be sweating a bit if I were a West Ham supporter, what with all the cash they are splashing around on players and wages!
I would fucking piss myself if we were reinstated in the Premiership and West Ham relegated, fucking cheats!
lol
actually, I am kinda amused by the antics Sheffield United is putting on. EU court of Human Rights? LOL
I guess when 60m pounds is at the stake, you'll do anything
