All sets you can download of Ottaviani and NU NRG are live act sets. You can see many fotos from parties they played. Only synths and sampler. Giuseppe said he was a DJ before he met Andrea (he also was a DJ). But they became known with their beautiful productions. So they were invited on all parties as Live act. He can DJing for fun, but all sets you heard full of his or their productions haven't any relation to DJ voting! The same for RMB, Astral projection e.t.c.

Any predictions on who's going to be the highest jumper or farthest faller?

1) svd. even though i love his productions, his sets have impressed me even more lately
2) jon o'bir. mr reliable, never heard a bad set by him
3) mark sherry. he's found a niche somewhere between tech-trance & hard-trance, and is doing a solid job of exploiting it
4) simon patterson. probably the most flawless trance mixer i've witnessed, isn't afraid to whack the tempo up too
5) stu cox. the small guys need support too! inspiring skill behind the decks & plays my stuff too

I don't remember what order but...

Zabiela
Digweed
Demi
Sasha
Howells

Im amazed people still vote for Tiesto. I guess if Paris Hilton and K-Fed can get people to buy their shit than its not that big of a stretch that Tiesto will still be popular. Whatever, Im over it.

Zabiela
Sasha
Mojo (not on the list btw)
Masiello
Sander

I want a producer poll

At least maybe people would get the point if there were seperate polls for DJ and producer.

Posted by sandstorm03 on Sep-05-2006 15:50:

Agnelli & Nelson -Biggest Fall
Steve Angello/SVD - Biggest Gain

a worryingly high percentage of voters probably don't know the difference

I have seen him perform at least 3 times and he is not a DJ, sorry, he's a live act. There is a difference which at least 25% of posters in this thread don't seem to grasp.
