has anyone heard the original track that the vocal sample "i cant remember" was taken from? I like the original track better. the full vocals were "i just stumbled, out of some club, somewhere, i cant even rememember" and then later it loops "i cant remember". anyone know the name of the original artist+title?

Anyway, this eric prydz version is one of those tracks you like immediately, get all excited about and cant wait for the release, and then once you get it you play it a few times and get so sick of it so fast you never want to hear that god awful repetitive zombie voice "i cant remember" over and over again arrrgh make it stop.

i don't even like the remix much, it's way too repetitive and dull for me. Shadows on the other hand,

on the cafe mambo set, towards the end of the frankfurt/i can't remember mashup there is this killer bass that comes in
reminds me a bit of aftermath
is that frankfurt or i can't remember?

Do you guys even understand what filler is ?

Look at the way the truck is stractured, the synths, the pads

No, we dont.

U are in fact the only one on the board here who understands the true meaning of the word filler. U are really an amazing person, my respect for you has no limits.

I love you and my ONE dream before dying is to meet you in person and to actually touch you for a couple of seconds (whereever you want me to touch you).

if u think filler is only characterized by the way its structured u got a lot of listening and learning left to do.

I hate filler in my crabcakes...

Posted by iammesol on Sep-23-2006 20:18:

please don't let this turn into another retarded filler definition thread. The word will never have a set meaning in dance music, so drop it.

Posted by Cloud on Sep-24-2006 12:54:

lol this thread is so off-topic.

you're a supreme tranceaddict and classify eric prydz as trance?

i remember years ago when prydz started getting hype, so of course i had a wisten, and it was ehhh. so now I check out this set, hoping things have changed. nope. sounds exactly the same as he did years ago. he sounds like ableton live. these types of djs, that are really good at seamless mixing, always generate big hype and respect on message boards.

Posted by Cloud on Sep-25-2006 14:51:

I am 100% sure you haven't heard that set.

Posted by Clovis on Sep-25-2006 15:33:

What the fuck does Ableton Live sound like?

you're 100% wrong then. im referring to the set that was linked earlier in this thread. is that the same one you're claiming i never listened to? shit im sorry guys i dont like prydz! gosh! get off my case. i prefer faster tempo stuff, sven vath, hawtin, eddie halliwell, carl cox, ferry corsten. if i listen to house, i like kleinenberg, deep dish, nic fanciulli. sorry but prydz is not in their caliber.
