unfortunately, yes!
i think it's about time to give joey a chance @ QB
i know every1 is gonna jump in and say that it's not the QB - it's the line but dante is not 100%. he's slow, obvious as to where he throwing, easy read & easy to sack.
i miss the good old days when UM and the Fins kicked were good.

boo hoo.

So far the coach is earning his money this year. Toughest schedule out there, so if they go undefeated they should play in the BCS championship game.

if they go undefeated then they will be the national champs in my mind. if they go to the champ game or not. win or lose, to go undefeated in the sec is like throwing a perfect game. i'm happy for the gators. if they are undefeated when they play fsu i might actually root for uf (i wont, but i wont be mad if they beat us, which they probably will). fsu's chances are over this year already, so who gives a fuck if we beat uf.

p.s. GO DALLAS!

Posted by Renzo on Oct-08-2006 18:35:

17 for 22 for 176 yards @ the half? Uh oh. Daunte just lost his starting spot.

Posted by MeLLyMeL on Oct-08-2006 19:11:

JOEY JOEY JOEY JOEY!!!!!!

i love him and our defense!! ;]

Too bad the fins cannot win no matter who starts at QB.

Joey does great in the beginning, Welker has the game of a lifetime, and the D holds the Pats to 88 first half yards. You would think these would be signs of certain victory? Not with the fins, we blow chunks in the second half and find/invent new ways to lose the game.

And do not blame Joey, he was 100000000000000 times better than Culpepper. Only one of the ints was his fault, and barely. He made the right reads and decisions, did not hold onto the ball for 10 minutes like Pepper-nuts, he hit the open receivers, and did more than enough to put us in a position to be able to win. Dropped passes, missed field goals, dumb penalties and some horrid play calling lost this game.

Oh well thank God Heat season is about to start.

Yeah,,, I agree with ur second paragraph but I mean c'mon. His first game starting against the Pats.

He laid it on them pretty hard. We could have won if we didn't have bad plays by the rest of the team. Joey started off great. Our defense was awesome till about the 4th quarter. We kinda slacked. It was a great first game for Joey. Away + Pats is pretty tough.

His stats were better than Brady's except for the INT.. Passing yards were a huge +++. Something Daunte never does. I say put him in next week.. + the Bye week coming up.. It'll give Joey a better chance as a starter for the rest of the year.

Daunte 2nd string.

Posted by nfekted on Oct-08-2006 22:12:

Eric remember i told you when we got Pepper that I wasnt' convinced. Welp, here ya go. I really do hope it turns out good in the end with Pepper. So how'd we do?? I was at work and fucking missed the game again! fuck that!

Posted by av1 on Oct-09-2006 00:00:

Talking about second string for Culpepper, looks like Parcells will be benching Bledsoe after the crap he pulled today. The Cowboys may be the only team whose supposed starter (Bledsoe) and offensive line are worse than ours.

Steelers and Chargers tonight should be good. I predict some big hits from these defenses, in what could be called a must win game (Steelers are 1-2 and Chargers coming off a demoralizing loss).

Haha

wtf was that last BIG play?? Bledsoe didn't execute. He practically threw it in the Eagles arms. Sucks. Would have been cool if THAT game would have gone O.T.

Alot of second strings are coming out. I forgot who else was a second string and started the game off with a TD earlier today..

Bucs did better then ever with that pole Gradowski ..

Since I woke up at 6 am to go to space I have been up all day watching football.

BRING ON THE CHARGERS!!! My #2 team

I kinda feel bad for Thomas since sundays are the days when i'm stuck on the TV all day/night!

And all the parties that come with it.

So what will be the over-under on number of players arrested during Super Bowl week??? I predict a good week for bail bondsmen. If the Bengals were to make it (which seems doubtful now) the entire team would get busted for one thing or another. If the teams are smart they will stay in hotels up north far-far away from south beach.
