Word but the pitching was not the core problem it was the bats. David Wiffboy right was just to nervous up there.

after barely escaping the mother of all choke jobs in the regular season, the cards are the 2nd worst team to advance to the world series in the LCS era (the other was ironically the 1973 Mets). pretty much sums up that it's a whole new ballgame in the playoffs, since with both the tigers and the cards backed into the playoffs.

shea was crazy. my seats were under the upper deck and you could see it move up and down when the mets were doing something. what a somber walk back to the car though

no the jeresys and hats dont go away. i dont know how a team that has not been able to win the WS the last 6 years when they have been built for that can own NY but ok.

Just like me and my sports teams? If I had gear a ton of gear like other people, I would wear it - I make up for it by going to games. The only teams that Im a fan of are the Yankees, Giants and the U, I dont really care much for other teams.
