Do you understand that they are allowing them to get their message out. Their are people watching this and yet there is no reaction by the masses. How come some one like you who knows this stuff isn't rebeling or planning an overthrow of the government?

People who know as much as we do in the PDD forum. Don't do crap to change anything in the gov. Why is that? Because we are considered mostly by ourselves to be intellectuals. and the gov knows that. The gov doesn't fear anybody because intellectuals are just as incompetant and corrupt as politicians are.

I would rather be considered a bloody barbarian than an intellectual if I could get something done against the gov.

Also, isnt it a strange coincidence that all these cultures ALL AROUND THE WORLD have been building Pyramids around the same time .... or more like in the same era, not connected by postal service, internet, phone - yet their designs were so much similar ... telepathy, perhaps? Or maybe they were all connected somehow ;-)

It is human nature to show power by building a big structure to the skies. Because that is where Humans believed the Gods were. There is nothing strange. It is considered architecture. If you think that is strange than so are the skyscrapers in chicago and the ones in Beijing.

Well then what is so significant about the Pyramid then? Yes they believed they were because of the Gods in the sky..the "heavens" or "heaven". Wouldn't it be interesting to speculate that what if...as i've said in another post, that these Gods in the sky, were things they saw in the sky...natural phenomenon as well as structured craft from advanced civilizations existing on Earth? They were probably the people's "Gods", after all, they gave many Gods human atributes, would it be so far fetched to question whether these Gods could have truly existed, yet they weren't Gods, just a more advanced group of people? Let's not say they are aliens, but just an advanced civilization. This is what Graham Hancock believes, he doesn't neccessarily say they are all "alien" but certainly he believes, as do I and Magnetonium, that there were advanced civilizations in our past...advanced knowledge.

I thought this might interest you guys that are into the UFO ideas. I was reading my local newspaper this morning (from the Dominican Republic), and apparently a group of 35 people, who recieved messages individually, and apparently some where from different countries, gathered at this high point in the country and were in contact with aliens . Heres the link, its in spanish though, Link

Just for the record, i do believe there is some life out there, im just more inclined to believe in simpler explanations of our past civilizations achievements and downfalls.

Thanks, very interesting, too bad I dont speak Spanish or whatever the language it is ;-)

There's strong evidence out there to suggest that our human civilization was based on the remnants of the previously fallen great civilization ... whose ruins cover the world ... in fact, pyramid structures have been found all over the world ... And some of them precede our "current" civilization that allegedly started in 7000 BC.

Bosnian Pyramids, for example, are at least 10,000 years old - and that is even before considering the isotope dating methods, only taking into consideration the rate at which soil, sand and later vegetation, forests covered these magnificent gigantic structures. Where's their records? As of now, we dont even know anything about this culture ...

It is pointless to murder someone who's threatening your ideas - because that person will become a martyr, the person's murder will justify his ideas. It is much better in this day and age to take the person's ideas, and twist them so that you can you them for your own propaganda. Its the 21st century way. Manipulation, unfair coverage, cover-ups and disinformation ... Sometimes the governments and media go after such factors as person's credibility ... or they take one line of the message and portray their own agenda.

LOL, this is a terrible analogy. So you are saying that Egyptians knew about, lets say, Incas, and did Incas know about Aztecs? Did the Japanese Pyramids on the bottom of Pacific and their designers saw the blueprints or video of Giza plateau?

The designs used to build the skyscrapers in Beijing were similar to those in Chicago. Same line of technological development, same codes, same construction. You actually helped my point with that analogy. Today we are all connected, and we share the same construction methods, designs and ideas. In China they're taught the same laws of physics and construction, only different language.

Yeah Magnetonium, you definitely have to read Graham Hancock's work, you will enjoy his theories about a lost civilization, something similar to Atlantis. He's been all over the world investigating these kinds of things. He's not an archaeologist, but a journalist, but he does have quite a vast knowledge of ancient cultures. He's much better IMO than Eric Van Daniken. The ancient astronaut theory might sound good, and it's fun to speculate about (and I have done this in this thread and still do it) but when it comes to doing a serious study, Graham Hancock is much more believable.

Architecture is the same everywhere. Even back then they might have not known each other. But they followed the same principles of math. Math is the same everywhere and it doesn't take communication from one civilization to the other to do simple math. Building a pyramid is simple compare to building a dam or a skyscraper. It is why they all have pyramids. Structures to show their power. One way was to build up the Romans did it too. Did they talk with the incas or the Mayans?

Who knows, there is much we don't know. Don't be brainwashed by historians or by scientists for that matter, who feel like we know everything there is to know. They didn't neccessarily have to talk with each other, no, but it's the idea of the pyramid that makes people wonder "is there a connection?" or the symbolism that a pyramid has. The pyramids of Giza were like star markers, they corresponded with the constellation of Orion. Whoever built it, had a good knowledge of astronomy. Many civilizations did, and with math. The point however, is if somehow these civilizations had someone or people...help them...guide them or teach them. Just like when you go to school...to be taught things you don't know, what if ancient civilizations were taught as well, by some other civilization that was more advanced? It's not something hard to fanthom. It could have very well been possible.

The Romans were nowhere near making the pyramids the size of Cheops, Bosnian Pyramids, or the Aztec/Mayan ones. They build colliseums, aqueducts, dome-shaped structures, square buildings and houses - not pyramids. Thats why they call it Roman style architecture, buddy ;-) its NOT the same as Cheops Pyramid for that matter.

LOL ... Giza plateau pyramids are an example of Roman style architecture ... I cant stop myself from laughing reading this ;-))

If Pyramid structure is so easy and common, why dont WE USE IT TDAY IN BUILDING OUR HOMES????

That line of reasoning wont get you anywhere. Our houses and structures are not pyramidical because of the cultural influence from greek and roman styles in the development of the "west". The romans and greeks also had different tools, environments and materials to build with. They also had different technology. Even though it is quite particular that so many ancient cultures throughout the world, isolated from one another built in the same way it doesnt mean that there isnt some simple reason behind it. Recall that most of those ancient peoples came from the same place and might have brought with them wherever they went some knowledge that involved that type of building. I dont see why this cant also be an option.

Edit: Also i believe he was talkig about the tendency to build upwards, not about the styles being identical.

Well, then this strengthens my point about how Mayan pyramids and Japanese pyramids, which have similar designs were connected in some way. Just like the connection with Bosnian Pyramids. Mayans, Aztecs, Incas, and others used these structures for similar purposes too. These cultures used different tools, different knowledge, different environment and language to achieve similar results. Romans went a different way. Today's society is built on different plans. But skyscrapers in China, Africa, Europe and North America are based on similar designs on connected blueprints which are only slightly altered for personal styles and detaiils.

Posted by Magnetonium on Oct-16-2006 22:22:

So the question is, who influenced all these different ancient civilizations around the world, isolated, different developments around the same time to build these similar structures? Coincidence?

Its not a coincidence that Roman architecture influenced our designs ... what about the ancient civilizations?

Posted by metalgearsolid on Oct-16-2006 22:24:

Who influenced the Romans? Like I said before or meant to say. Humans always want to build towards the stars.

Explain me then, how come Aztec and Bosnian Pyramids are pretty much identical? A mere coincidence? What about the other pyramids?

Romans were influenced by Greeks. Greeks were partially influenced by Egyptians, but they developed their own designs because of their bright-minded scholars or whatever you want to calll them.

By any means, today technology is based on Roman/Greek.

Ask yourself this question, who influenced 10,000 year old civilizations to construct those mathematically precise buildings? Egytians didnt even invert the wheel, yet they were able to create the mathematical genius of work, Cheops Pyramid. And what about the beginning of their civilization? History seems to ommit this. You see, even the Romans have a logical progression of development. Egyptians came out of nowhere - according to some, they came from "stars"! Imagine at preceeding civilizations, cultures that inflluenced the ancient civilizations to build these massive structures ... without the technology, of course ....

Even the heavy human-face like rocks on Easter Island ... far away from actual rock formations ... and there are no traces whatsoever that these rocks were dragged and sculpted to such precision, hundreds of them!!! Pointing in the same direction too

I forgot to mention some of the very impressive ancient Egyptian artwork that resembles alien technology, see these:

There's some more I've seen, but I dont have the links handy at the moment, but eexplain me these, what are these objects the egyptians were holding 3000 years B.C.:

Taken from: http://www.lost-civilizations.net/a...ce-alchemy.html

I'd say this is very very strong evidence of alien technology ... I'd say very conclusive!

Your pic doesnt work. And its not proof of God, silly ... please re-read my previous post.

Here's a good page with photos on Easter Island faces, some of those are 10-20 tons in weight, many of them were made, and they are far away from rock quarries where they could have been cut from:

http://www.3dphoto.net/world/latin_...ter/easter.html

Quite impressive to actually find out how they were made, dragged and placed ...

The easter island bit is not true man, seriously, the stones where carved at two seperate stone quarries in the island. There's even unfinished statues still at the quarries, have carved. And as far as how they were dragged, the prevalent theory is that they used some sort of wood rollers. The methods by which they were propped up have also been widely studied and are viable. Heck it didnt even take that many people to drag the stones, a recent experiment managed to drag one of the 10 ton sculptures with only 15 adults! So seriously, dont use the easter island statues as an example, its just not true.

pic works on my PC. perhaps the government's monitoring your net usage and making things unstable?

its a picture of a statue of horus. which to me, is about as much evidence of god as your paintings are of aliens.

Sigh ... I said IT WOULD BE impressive to find out how EXACTLY these stone were cut and dragged (if they were dragged). I assume they were dragged by the official story, so II was being a bit sarcastic and stating "yeah, sure, I wanna see how they did it" cause I had my own ideas on it.

By no means this Easter Island thing has much to do with the main topic, its just I've been reading about Easter Island lately.

Back to the original topic - so what do you say about that wicked egyptian advanced technology shown in the pictures?

How do you expplain the mathematical genius behind the construction of Cheops Pyramid, and then lets say, Mayan Pyramid of the Sun?

They're not my paintings or my architectures - they were done many years ago describing what these people seen or experienced!

Call them crazy if you wish, call them liars and dreamers ... I looked at some of those photos and clearly saw something else.

Im not talking about the Cheops Pyramid, im merely pointing out that your theory about the Easter Island statues is wrong as it has been proved to a good extent how the statues would have been dragged and propped up. Also the carving is a no brainer, the tools they used where found at the quarries, along with statues at different stages of completion, so please save us the CT on this one, because there is plenty of evidence to the contrary.

As far as the pyramids go, my guess is as good as yours when it comes to the mathemathical complexity of them.
