Bumped because I'm listening to the old "Trellis" set again. Beautiful.
Jason Porter - Trellis (1994)
1. ID (start - 7'30")
2. ID (7'30 - 15')
3. ID (15' - 22')
4. ID (22' - 33')
5. ID (33' - 39')
6. ID (39' - 47')
6. Nobuo Uematsu - Terra's Theme (ID Remix) (47' - 49'45")
7. ID (49'45" - 58')
8. ID (58' - 65')
9. Blue Alphabet - Cybertrance (Club Mix '98) (65' - 70')
10. ID (70' - end)
This set might not be from 1994. The 9th track is identified as the Club Mix '98 of Cybertrance, which was released in 1998.
Has anybody gotten the damn tracklist yet?
This is a really obscure trance set from mid-1990s. None of these songs will probably be ID'd, because they are not very good (no offense). These tracks are probably B & D sides on some discarded vinyls lying around somewhere, or to make it worse - it was probably misnamed - I couldn't find any information on this set for the life of it.
None of these songs ran any bells for me, nothing that I could say "Oh, WOW!" to. I didn't like this set at all, even though I am a HUGE fan of trance circa 1988-1995. I shall make a trance mix of my own for this era sometime for the mixes forum ...
This is the kind of trance from that era which was great:

I did find another set supposedly by Jason Porter from 1992

I agree. A lot of good tunes but nothing great. And also, the bass seems to be extremely weak. I was listening to this on a bus yesterday thinking that it was a really long build up but at least it will be sick when the bass drops, but then I realized the bass had been there the whole time...barely.
