Bingo. I never said the fast food culture is non-existent in Europe, it just does not lay stake to as large of a market as it does here, nor does it take the same place in people's minds.
Western Europe does have it readily, albeit again not as readily as here, available. Eastern Europe, not so much. As she pointed out, the price does take it out of the reach of many.
