That actually happened with OurManFlint and I. I was standing next to him at The Chemical Brothers back in '05 and accidentally stepped on his toes a couple of times while dancing because of how packed it was where we were. I didn't know it was him at the time, so I met him at Carl Cox later that year and was like "wtf, my bad!"

Edit: Oh, and I think the only chance us NWTA's will ever have at having a successful meet would be at Daft Punk in July.

There are like, two Subways and a Starbucks on the block that the parade starts if I remember correctly. We just need to leave from the park earlier and raid Subway before the masses descend upon it.

But yeah, I don't see any reason to choose a different spot. It's worked the past two years and it's the perfect place for it.

one definitely, my girlfriend who i got to sign up
another definitely, a good friend who i got into trance and signed up
and whiskers...who i was like 5 feet from, but i wasn't completely sure it was him so i didn't say anything at the time, and after the game i didn't see him anymore
and i think i saw him once more from a distance on campus

never met whiskers even though we're in the same town
LOL and i just found out my cousin who i used to be close with is moving into the same apartment complex as me during the summer she's also been in my town for like 2 years now and i've seen her once mbbe in between classes

this was my senior year of high school, i was on my team's varsity ultimate frisbee team (don't ask, its HUGE here) and we host an annual tournament, the amherst invitational
my team kicks major ass so we're playing in the finals against our rivals paideia, and as i'm running down the sideline one point i wasn't playing, i saw this dude who kinda looked like zabiela watching the game
and i thought wtf...whiskers?
and then focused on the game
turns out it was him lol, he used to play ultimate as well
other time i saw him was a similar situation, i was leaving a pickup game by the campus pond and i think i saw him on the other side

lol I did too! When I was in Phoenix for work I asked if any TAs lived out there...none do, what a total shithole. Then I went to Maryland for work and hung out with Aristronica

I'm hoping work will send me to Wisconsin next

edit // also when I was in London I met up with kr00t0n and some other UKTAs Those guys ROCK!! I want to go back so bad, had so much fun

quitting TA is like trying to leave the mafia....the only options are a body bag or the witness protection program. either way you'll end up dead.


edit: i know from experience. i tried to leave and entered the witness relocation program. after a month lucid found me and started sending me threatening text messages. she's a pretty tough cookie, especially since she became a made women in the CORe. i think tonight i'm going to get whacked and dumped in lake michigan.

One things for sure, the STD's will stick with you

I met the Florida TA's in 2005. Met DJ Santana one time @ Underground. Other than that, the only Tampa Ta's I know is Philliez.

have only met one so far..
