The dancing looks a bit weird... but looks fun. I would hope if your gonna goto a shuffle then youd goto a gig with a bit better music then that on the video posted by the first poster.

The main problem I have with the shuffle is that the crazy-leg antics are very space consuming, yet idiots still try to do it in a rammed dancefloor, kicking people in the shins and standing on their feet.

Sure, you're right about the fact that people shouldn't hurt eachother on the floor, but YOU'RE the dumb fuck if you say that you hate every shuffler just because some got on ur nerves.
"Shufflers" tryin to impress on the dancefloors and stealin "your" spot aren't actual shufflers, we prefer to call them "muzzas", wannabe ravers....
When I shuffle I go some place far away from the crowd, since I can't see the purpose of just standin there getting pushed or just jump up and down and I'm not too fond of ruin other peoples night by whining about no space etc.
BUT....I have to say that I don't really like what I'm seeing when I'm out.....the scene itself has evolved into something I hate....trance clubs have now become a place to MAINLY hook up with girls, the whole dance culture has vanished and left are "zombies" on the dancefloor just STARRING at the Dj....
And to the comment about "gooners" and there gears being ridicolous and so on....you remind me of the people associating trance clubbers to pill poppers with glowsticks 24/7.
Rawking(Shufflin) is an underground dance culture, the clothes we wear (phatties, caps etc) are a part of us and YOU DON'T have to wear it to shuffle, we just do since WE like it.
Stick to your fancy shirt and bopping for all you want, but don't complain when it all has gone commercial....
Keep rawking and dance to the fuckin beat!
