Asfor the str8 assholes who have a problem with all the "fags" at sonic, i have to words...FUCK YOU! Sonic is for everyone and anyone who loves house music and loves to dance, having gay people around you is not gonna kill you, and most of the str8 guys dont care, so grow up! See everyone on Saturday! <3

Holy fuck. This is getting so old already. Did you even read the thread? I don't remember reading any posts by straight people saying that they didn't want gays at Sonic. All we're saying is that it can be a little bit annoying when you're one of the only ones wearing a shirt in a sea of shirtless men. Stop exaggerating.

Nice meeting you on Saturday.

Everyone should just accept that Sonic is going to have gay people there and move on. I think the crowd that has been at Sonic on Saturdays since the middle of December has been amazing. Hopefully the great bookings and the mixed crowd who is there for good music and a good time continues.

There were bouncers walking the floor as always, and I saw quite a few people forced to butt out. Unfortunately, when there are that many people doing it at the same time (in different areas in the club), it's tough to catch everyone.

Maybe at peak hour this is an issue, but the time when I saw the most people smoking was when it was past 7am. At this time, it was very easy to see who was smoking as there wasn't many people in the club, and a lit cigarette emits a very strong smell. There were no bouncers walking the floor. As a matter of fact, I walked around trying to find a bouncer to tell the assholes to put it out, but I couldn't even find any. This happened more than once on Saturday night.

Yes Carey, and while you're at it, ALSO MAKE ALL FAGS THAT COME TO THE CLUB WEAR PINK TRIANGLE ARMBANDS AND GIVE BATS TO THE STRAIGHT BOYS SO THEY CAN BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF THEM....
THAT WAY WE CAN GET RID OF ALL FAGS ONCE AND FOR ALL....

Just my 2 cents....

All I have to say about this is that you have every right to ask someone to put their cigarette out. Why bother waiting for a bouncer to say something? You'd be surprised how far a little bit of polite assertiveness can go! Especially when the rules are NO SMOKING!

Hey Graham...I think somewhere in the thread...it was made to seem as though this guy was "gay bashing" when in fact, he is gay himself and was "taking the piss"...unfortunate misunderstanding....

I think we would all agree (those of us in attendance the last few weeks) that the mix of people in the club has been amazing...great crowd = great energy = great times!

Now....does anyone know where I can get a "pink triangle" arm band?

Next time you see this please ask them to put it out.

The last 2 hrs of Behrouz set was pure madness ,this guy needs some time to warm up ,and after he warms up ,it's not easy to settle him down ... John Creamer did a pretty good job too (except that stupid mistake he made ) ,he dropped lots of good fresh tunes mixed with sweet oldies ...
All n all it was such a sickkk partyy ,and the crowd couldnt be any better...i hope to see all the great peeps that were out that night more often ...

seriously stellar night, very reminiscent of the old boa vibe.

i really enjoyed jonny white, personally i thought it was a little hard as an opener, but the crowd didn't seem to care. everybody was definitely riled up well before creamer came on.

i thought creamer's set very similar to his last one at boa. heavily tribal and tunes several months old. not that that stopped me from dancing my ass off, and i do believe he had either some new remixes or was layering vocals & other tidbits of bass overtop. near the end i definitely found it annoying that he would turn down the volume, then bring in a new track with no mixing.

behrouz was jaw dropping.. his set was so captivating & driving, i couldn't stop dancing except when i went for a cig.. it was dirty dark progressive at its finest.. i don't remember saying anything to graham except "fckin behrouz!" for his entire set..

everybody i came with went home SORE. we're all still SORE! now that's a solid night out.

There was one point at the end of the night where I counted 5 people smoking. Come on guys, I know it's cold outside, but you've gotta' deal with it if you want to smoke. Don't ruin other people's fun just because you don't want to deal with going outside.

When you're inside a hot and humid club, and there is poor ventilation, when someone starts smoking, the smoke just kind of hangs there. It's awful.

+1 I had to ask 3 people to stop smoking because it was making Sarah feel sick.
