I think you're right. They are full of shit. The system sucks on almost as many levels as it has.

Yeah, but I didn't get paid to do homework. Money makes pointless tasks a little more fun to do. That's why me, the guy who never did homework, is one of the hardest workas at work. Thanks school.

Homework is either repetition of what you have already learned in class or will learn in class eventually. Again, what's the point of school if all you need is homework to learn things? Homework doesn't teach jack squat.

How do all of you feel about this kind of stuff?

The American high school system has ignored several big things that affects the learning ability of the students. First is waking up before 7am everyday. For an adolescent who should be getting 8-9 hours a night, getting 5-7 usually, makes for a lot of heads on the desk.

The kids who are horrible with homework inevitably fall to the bottom of the textbook/homework classroom model. We need an education reformation.

You have to learn that work ethic somewhere. just like there are highschool dropouts who lead multinational companies, there are lazy students who make great workers, but they're the exception rather than the rule. I'm sure you don't stop work right away cos you aren't allow to listen to music.

Wonder what this kid will be like in college. No-ones going to chase you for your assignments there, they'll just fail you.

maybe you can, by your maturity i think you just think u can. but either way if u can u are in a very small minority, most people who dont do homework wont do it after school either
