pleasepleasepleasepleaseplease does anyone have any sets from CZ? I've got one with Dekoze and Addy that's got a lil scratched record around the 9min mark, but otherwise it's absolutely devastating. More?

Did we listen to the same mix? Weird. I loved it.

(Note to all: I will be updating the Index tomorrow)

Gonna have to agree. It was just alright, nothing mindblowing.

Definitely like that DNB track, so dirty.

Since the tracklist isn't available yet, I can only guess that many of the tracks in this mix are from their new album out in April. After picking this mix apart there are more than few tracks that really stand out, and tons of experimental sounds and combinations. In particular,

(1) Min. 130:00 to 135:30 (hard bass line, my fav in the set)
(2) Min. 24:30 to 29:40 (great tune w/ rap/raggae vocals)

The most impressive comination of tunes, for me, however, comes at 147:00 (hard electro) to 152:20 (super light spacey track) to 153:55 (drum and bass). V cool.

I'm thinking it will be one of those albums that takes several listens to appreciate....

Also, I have decided that I hate the track at 118:33 so much, that I am moving this EM down 3 spots in my rankings. Fuck what a retarded song. I am actually tempted to delete this mix from my hardrive...

I really enjoyed that EM, almost as much as Howells EM.

Loved the different variety of sound packed into 2 hr session. I'm guessing 1st hr was Tom Penney and 2nd was Andy Cato. Loved that bit in 2nd hr which felt almost Orbital like. And that DnB track was out of nowhere. Cool.

Going to have to listen to it few more times to get a real appreciation but I love sets like this which is meant for just max relaxing chilling and grooving, not dancing your ass off.
