Being English, where cut cocks are about 5% of the caucasian population, I had only seen (do NOT ask any more here) a few before coming to Canada.

Here in Canada, it seems far more popular.

In short, I went from prefering a hood to liking it cut.

Perhaps it has more to do with who it belongs to.
