I should probably sell my ticket and stay home; Groove Armada @ the Bowl is the next day and Daft Punk the weekend after that!

Ok, it is your prerogative! I think your crazy to miss this event.

Ask yourself, how often do you get to see an 8hr set event in L.A. or the U.S. even?

I love the flyer! I posted this as my background on Myspace!

Check it out! www.myspace.com/armada76

Monkey Dancer 2

My girl and I flying there for this. Will be my first West Coast Event and first time in L.A. - Can't wait, and it's about fucking time!

Behold, my arse.

Feturing ARMIN.. LIVE IN LA... ha, wtf. As opposed to what? Brodacasting live from his studio in the NL?

Nice house lineup.. shame it's overshadowed by Armin, as usual...

Posted by llavoe on Jun-27-2007 19:09:

A1C, why so glum, chum? If you like the house lineup, great! But the whole "overshadowing" comment wasn't necessary. The main stage always has the headline of the event, when hasn't it?

"LIVE" meaning there'll be live performance by Rank 1, live singing by Jenefer Rene, and other guests each working in concert with his dj set. It's going to be like "Armin Only" show or a TIC. I can't believe i have to explain this

I wasn't aware that any opinion is necessary. It is what it is.

Well, you don't HAVE to do anything you don't want to. You chose to. So, thank you for the brief explanation, and as for the above quoted comment, get bent.

Posted by TSG on Jun-27-2007 22:54:

Yeah! Now I know what "LIVE" means.

Overshadowed? What rock have you been living under the past few years dude. Also, last I checked, this is a tranceaddict forum.

It is a free country, sort of. So just enjoy the music..that is the original intention of this event. If you don't like trance then keep it in your pants.

Judging from the shrine to AVB that IS your myspace page, I'm pretty sure your soul belongs to Armin...

Also, Tranceaddict isn't only for trance fans. That in and of itself is about the lamest statemeent I see on TA

I said nothing negative of Armin. You think messageboards exist to serve your vision of fanboyish positivism about Armin? I've followed trance for many years, and it's very near and dear to my heart.

There are a few other DJs in the world.

And what's the fun of keeping it in my pants... That's where the greatest of pleasure comes from

TO EVERYONE THAT IS GOING TO GIANT HAVE FUN AND BE SAFE. IF ARMIN IS YOUR GUY, THEN THIS EVENT IS FOR YOU. IF HE ISN'T, THEN DON'T GO. BUT, FEEL FREE TO SHARE WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT ANYTHING AND ANYONE AT ANY TIME, CAUSE THAT'S KINDA THE WHOLE POINT OF A MESSAGEBOARD.

Well, I have my ticket, so maybe I'll still go...

But on your second point:

This year:

6+h of Sasha & Digweed during Giant NYE
3 days of 8+h at Coachella
6+h of Danny Tengalia 2 weeks ago

So, I've definately gotten my dance on this year.

"Itis what it is" is right. In fact, you could not have said it any better. I will be all over the event, and I will enjoy every minute of it. And if I were to see you there, I would poor an $8 water over your head for being a dootie-head

16BL+Desyn as a side stage to a AVB headlined event is always what it was, and you know your overshadowing comment was going to be made fun of. That is why you wrote in the first place, you craved the attention. Maybe you did this because:
A. your not 21+
B. your broke ass can't afford a ticket
C. you just cry to everyone on forums that nothing is good enough for you to go to... and then you sit at home and watch re-runs of sex and the city..

I did like the get bent comment, really made me chuckle. Very nice

I don't crave attention, I practice honesty. We all lash at from time to time about things that irritate us in the moment. I'm only human....

A) I'm 26 and I've been paartying for many years now.
B) I'm the farthest thing from broke.
C) I don't cry in this forum or any other forum about events not being good enough for me to go to. What I desire I seek, and what I abhore, I admonish.

And sex-in-the-city... Come on... Although, they do quite well at not keeping in their pants...

Artistically, I love the flyer.

From a marketing/promotions standpoint, it's way too cluttered and could be infinitely better. I am not talking about in trying to get your attention. You are going to know about the event regardless of the flyer. I'm talking about the everyday person out there.
