I believe the L train was first to get the new silver "graffite free" trains years ago and recently the first to get the system where there are automated displays and announcements saying how many minutes till the next train.

this venue is probably cheaper to rent than most other options, it was an abandoned pool all locked up and empty for many years. For a few years they have been trying concerts and events there but i don't know if they did much renovation inside so it may still look a bit run down.

At first I was pumped for this, and am still going, but i'm not as pumped seeing the timeslots, the location, the lack of 2 nights, and lack of TW

Wow I sound like a spoiled mofo! Shame on me... but made events always comes through.. so despite the above, i'll be there in full effect!!!!!

i bet a 2nd night will be added bc last year Saturday was wayyy more packed than Friday and alot of people dont finish work anywhere from 4-6 so thats not good..i think Lyss said it earlier that Made will belt out another day just like they did for PVD last year

Is it possible that they only did that b/c PVD saw Armin w/ 2 days and didn't want to look lame? Honest question

i'm buying a ticket tomorrow but i'm not really impressed with how the venue looks...TW was perfect last year both days. This does look like Summerstage and from my experience last year I hated Summerstage...eh at least it's Armin so I'll be happy

i dont mean 2nd day cuz of selling out..i mean 2nd day for the people so they can catch another Armin set on Saturday if they miss some of the 1st..or possibly...an afterparty somewhere?...with SVD?

SVD is doing some type of Canadian tour in the summer don't remember the dates though so that could be a possibility

on his myspace is says USA tour for July 19th..i saw somewhere hes gonna be in LA on the 20th or 21st...if thats true im flying out to San Diego with my fam then im gonna take a bus to LA to catch sanderrrrr

Thank You Seen Concert Held there all summer and cause its not to far away from where I Lived and when we hung out in the park you could hear the music , I even remmeber one day they where droping some sick house there was a dj with alot of people there But I always thought about what would happen if they held a Rave and just like you said Lasers in the sky with that whole set up in that poool is gonna be sick , its not gonna be in a tent its gonna be outside in the summer air , this event is gonna be sick Im getting tickets as soon as they go on sale I cant wait ! USA tour means NYC, as long as it's not when i have to go to summer wedding i'll be good. I'm sure if he does NYC he'll do Boston so you could go to both of those instead of LA but LA would be cool.

im talking about SVD..and i saw in the California forum something about him being over there the 20th or 21st..plus my fams going to San Diego to visit family so i decided to go for 5 days..so why not catch SVD in LA while im in the area!

i'm talking about SvD too...going to California for 5 days is a nice vacation. if you don't mind the bus go for it, i'd check southwest airlines too because sometimes they have real cheap flights.

SVD is playing in toronto on July 1st for Canada day. He also has respective weekends in other cities as well in canada.

I am absoLUTEly thankful that I'm not in it. I was the maid of honor at my friend's wedding a couple years ago and will never do that again. Too much bullshit.

if armin is really playing for only 4 hours, I'm not making the trip up to NY for this... I'd rather go to LA... 4 hours and one day is just plain unacceptable
