If Joe Rogan was a DJ he would be better than Sasha because Joe Rogan is better than Chuck Norris.

Sasha, like every other dj i've seen, can be off and on. For the most part he's consistent. More times than not, and I've seen him at least 5 times now, he's pulled a packed crowd or filled a club and dropped some awesome stuff.
I don't think it's sasha you're really complaining about. I think it's the style of music (prog house-electro) because after a while, doesn't matter what dj, that shit can get repetitive and boring (unless you really dig the stuff, ala clovis).
whatever the case, he's still a class act and he pwns abletr0nz.
seeing sasha + digweed is real spesh. they just feed off each others' energies and that energy flows through to the crowd. it's amazing.
i'd like to see sasha + hernan next (Creamfields BA last year looked fkn awesome)
Fuck Sasha, he's got a gay Russian/Serbian name. 
His sets are boring and he's overrated, he used to be great, but like most EDM Djs and producers, the passion is gone.
I love how by page 8 or 9 of a thread like this it always degenerates into people posting "DJ X is a god, eat shit if you don't think so" or "DJ X blows fuck off"

Not a fan of the tunes he has been playing for a while now, but thats my problem not his. Isnt my preferred style of music, however as a technical DJ I wont hear a bad word said about him. A true great.
he's not my favorite producer but a lot of people seem to like his work! as for overrated, i can't really tell you because i don't listen to a lot of his work.
however, "baja" is my favorite track of his...

Sasha isn't overrated IMO...he has done a lot for the EDM genre and scene and his technical abilities are simply unquestionable.
Although I agree, sometimes I think some of his sets can only be fully enjoyed while under the influence... 
Anyways, Sasha is better than 99% of all of the "big-name" DJ's therefore I don't see why anyone would even imagine that he is overrated...

Maybe it's just because I like how cutting-edge the style is, but I wouldn't be listening to newer electronic music if it weren't for Sasha & Digweed. I've pretty much given up on trance and whatever the hell house is like these days because all the sets I listen to sound the same. As previous posters have said, DJing is all about how you play the tunes, and I find that very few DJs are still capable of presenting music to drive a crowd like Sasha & Digweed still do.
