We got surround sound prewired into the ceiling, so there will be 5 speakers up there

We got wiring package that gives us cat5 in every room, cable in everyroom and much much more!

There will be a sweeeeet whirlpool duet steam washer and dryer here sooon, thanks to Mr. EnergyhaX! my fav part 

on top of stairs, the spare bedroom and bathroom...

I hear that in the US, especially Vegas, all the houses are pretty much the same; "cookie cutter". That would do my head in I think.
