Right know it is Modeselektor - Happy Birthday but im yet to hear Oblivion with Bells, so lets see about that. Chromophobia was extremely good too.
Tom Middleton - Lifetracks is a brilliant album aswell. It's deffinitely a contender for album of the year in my book.

I haven't heard much of 2007 albums, but from what I have it's probably Animal Collective "Strawberry Jam".
Mice Parade's self-titled album and Matthew Dear's "Asa Breed" also get honorable mentions.
