c'mon guys. CLEARLY this guy loves living in NJ. He's living rent free in his bedroom at his parents place. If he likes it so much there, he can just stay there. no loss to me and to the rest of us. Definitely smells like a clubplanet reject. Here are his jersey friends right here!

if i move to new york because my aunt lives there, thats increased demand in new york. that means that the preference of an aunt living there is included in demand.
the presence of an aunt is not an indicator of quality or betterness! yet it's included in demand! that's why demand is worthless as an estimator of betterness! because preferences that have nothing to do with how good new york is or how it is better than nj are still included!
im very high right now but i had to put you in your place. shame on you
