is really #6 ID? its obviously some sick remix of Felix Da Housecat - Watching Cars Go By / Cyberwhore

Posted by THE_Chris on Oct-27-2009 21:34:

Yeah its defiantly a mix of that but I have no idea which one Nor does Felix himself. Its a bootleg of some sort, but god knows who made it. I've left it ID on the tracklist because it doesnt look filled in then

Posted by Zak McKracken on Oct-27-2009 21:39:

yeah lol looking back in the thread i see that it has been discussed. probably never released.
alot of the stuff here is abit weird (in a good way) to be digweed imo but the actual titles we have are tracks he has played alot, only diferent versions. looks like a B-side set somehow hehe.

how the fuck did u find 12. Aze vs. Clutch - Azeton, its my favorit from the whole set, damn those nasty guitars! and where can i buy it?

http://www.psyshop.com/shop/CDs/bpf/bpf1cd001.html

On that CD, but its not really available. Best best would be to get a second-hand copy off Ebay or Discogs.

mix of the decade for me..

Even though my tastes run more the likes of Lawler, Dubfire, and Luciano now-a-days... I would like to officially give this mix the title of "My favorite mix of the 2000s"
I have listened to this countless times and it never gets old.

Could someone upload this again, for us please?

Posted by Real on Jan-02-2010 13:18:

The download link in the first post works just fine.

Customary bump for this.

This set is MEGA!

Posted by Guest on Apr-13-2010 00:23:

set is Gigantor. I personally think it sounds like Digweed

Posted by LAdazeNYnights on Apr-13-2010 13:29:

i'm so glad somebody resurrected this thread. downloaded the set and it's really great. can't stop listening to this - getting into the third hour now...

Felix Da Housecat - Watching Cars Go By/PQM - You Are Sleeping

ever figure the name of this one out?

Posted by THE_Chris on May-03-2010 11:21:

Nope Not sure where the PQM crossover comes from, I checked out the You Are Sleeping track and it doesnt seem to fit in with the version in this set.

Felix doesnt know, neither do PQM either. Still a mystery.

Watching Cars Go By is based on an earlier released track by Felix called Cyberwhore.

I dont have the mix in front of me but this may provide some clues or give you guys some new leads to scope out

Posted by LAdazeNYnights on Oct-04-2010 19:47:

been listening to this set this afternoon. was wondering - was there ever a final word on whether or not this is a digweed set?
after all this time...hasn't someone asked diggers himself?

Posted by THE_Chris on Oct-05-2010 20:09:

Never confirmed, but I really dont think it is.

First hour is prog, second hour is more or less pure progpsy, then back to regular prog again. DJs just dont do that, I reckon this could even be three seperate people.

It's a fucking weird set.

Posted by LAdazeNYnights on Oct-05-2010 21:29:

lol yeah reading through the whole thread i got that. i just figured with all the people on TA that know various people in the industry somebody must have forwarded the question to digweed by now haha. if not somebody ought to. maybe it's too late.
still love the set

Posted by Guest on Dec-25-2010 04:02:

The set is so mechanically flawless that I suspect someone spent a great deal of time choosing tracks and arranging them with computer software. ThiS is the greatest fucking prog set OF ALL TIME. GODDAMMM

Posted by stevebutabi on Dec-27-2010 02:12:

I always thought it was a guy warming up for diggers up until block rock. Need to figure out who warmed up for him at that club that year - then you'll narrow down who might be behind the set.

Posted by Zak McKracken on Feb-24-2011 23:00:

might have some info that might help on ID22 [02:17:40]. It might have nothing to do with each other but the pads through most of the song seems to be stolen from Cosmic Baby - Somnambul. Might be completely wrong though. the thing is that i know i heard the arabic vox somewhere too!

Its nothing to do with Fabric, its some bell end mixing in his bedroom

Posted by Whip_lash on Feb-27-2011 04:37:

This mix will most likely stay a mystery forever.. unless someone comes forward or we have some solid proof of who did it, but then again if someone does come forward im not sure how they would prove it either.

Its just one of those mixes that will never get old for me, and will stay in my rotation for a loooong time.
