As I recall, the first hour was the best. Everything up to Creamer & K's "I Wish" is bomb.com (which was cool to say way back in '03).

Danny Howells is easily one of the best DJs that not just edm, but music as a whole, has ever seen. I really could write all night about how good I think he is but in all honesty, credit where credit is due. The one thing I love about him, above all else, is that he plays the music that he considers to be good. He doesnt care about genres, doesnt care about the 'in' sound and he certainly doesnt care about what sound is commercial at the time. He plays what he wants, when he wants. He is possibly the only DJ who I would call an idol, the only DJ whose style I would look to try and emulate.

We all have favourite DJs from different genres, but the one thing with Howells is that he covers all of them! Ive always listened to music and DJed with the idea of being as openminded as possible, giving all types of anything a chance and to avoid pigeon-holing yourself...and Howells is the one person who has hit that nail on the head. An awful lot of DJs go on about... 'well its hard to define the genre I play'...'I play elements of all dance music'....'i have a genre breaking sound' etc etc etc, but in fairness 99% of DJs can be placed relatively easily into a genre. Danny is different. He sticks to the very first rule of a DJ, one that seems to have been lost....if it is good music, it will be played.

Music will always be a better place for as long as Danny Howells continues DJing.

A very large plus one.

Second track (I Need Love) is one of my favorite tracks of all time.

If I were religious I might consider him the re-incarnation of Jesus.

had to download it and some other howells sets after this thread, because you guys are hyping him up so much and i'm not sure i've ever heard a set from him. anyway, i thought i'd upload the set if it is in such a high demand, altho i had no problems finding it though.

First time I heard his remix of that tune I went fucking bonkers. Played it for the rest of the day.
