k...me and my friends got there like quarter after 9, which is very early! 2 hours later and we only moved like a few steps....so we just left! sooo pissed off still! why wasnt this event at a bigger venue like guvernment, especially since it's david guetta who's actually huge!

It's an amazing tune. Dark, nasty and raw sounding... unmistakeable intro. I love it when DJs throw in an old classic / crowd pleaser rather than trying to be 'trendy'.

Century Room is a pretty small little place... You guys are right, it would've better at a bigger venue than the Century Room.... I think they just wanted to guarantee a sell out :P

well was supposed to head down with my buddy after he finished his exam - told me latest 9 - about 850 i got a call from a diff friend going down and she said she had just heard from someone down there already that cover was 40 bucks and she wasnt going to go...bout 930 my buddy txts me and says its too late to go down and screw it...was pretty annoyed at him
...BUT after reading this thread my annoyance has diminished quite a bit! hopefully next time he comes to the guv or somewhere more suitable
hopefully someone recorded his set last night and it gets posted somewhere

I guess this wil serve as the review part of the thread.
I was there at 10:20 with my buddy. That line was long.
Fortunately my friend was able to negotiate entrance in 5 minutes.
The increase in entrance fee to $40 was unexpected and bs.
The place is long and narrow which made moving around or dancing brutal.
I am glad I was at Lot 332 last year, it was a much better time.
David played an enjoyable set, but the venue was unpleasent.

some friends were able to get in early via a friend knowing some of the staff and they said it was a pretty amazing time/had a blast inside guetta was awesome apparently, but the hot topic was the bouncers are a bunch of c suckers lol

what are c suckers?? haha Yah, i totally agree about the bouncers,, I waited for about an hour in line, then my friends were like lets just goto the strip club, i really don't understand some of my lady friends! After for ur eyes only, we went and got street meat (i declined as street meat makes me sick) and there was no one lined up and i just stood around the bouncers... let me tell ya these guys were all smiles!! they must of cashed in big time ! i remember there being a real long line that only moved when ppl left the line and then there was a vip line and all around the entrance was teh bribing line,, ahhaha! someone should really record audio of these bouncers making deals.

Uh, the Tuesday date was the only available date for Guetta to play in Toronto and Century Room was the only established Tuesday night party in the city and that's why he was booked there.
