When Ice was around in Vegas there were always washers, except they would stay off to the side by the speaker. So at first I didn't care. Then I went to avalon and was overrun by them.
and its not just that they are bumping into you spilling drinks, but they are soooo damn sweaty and gross. Once they bump into you, you are instantly covered in their sweat. I am not a clean/germ freak at all, but that bugs me.
ps, and the vegas music scene sucks for people with real jobs
My washing machine does not work!
haha didn't know about the washing machine term. My friends and I call them "The Puppetmasters." kinda ticked that they are starting to infiltrate the house scene at Deep.

| Originally posted by hrdboiled the puppetmaster is usually the old guy behind the girl doing the washing machine with his hands on her shoulders as she is going back and forth. it looks like he is controlling her movements thus the term puppetmaster. |

| Originally posted by DaveT You are talking about the extreme washing machines, and progressivemojo, please cool it. We are lucky in the bay area to have nothing like that crap down in LA because while they are in the front, they are often ALL over the dance floor with little regard to anyone around them and they can screw up your personal vibe in a heartbeat. Especially on big nights where it's hard to find a spot where they are not in! It sucks. ![]() Dave |
