even the kids in kindergarten cop knew it!

"boys have a penis and girls have a vagina" LOL

haven't we been through this before.

as a heterosexual male who follows fashion,
i've noticed a negative reception from most of society (women and men) for men who adheres to fashion. It guess it's just not that acceptable for a man to worry about their appearance. And i don't mean that metrosexual shit we went through in early millennium, but a more unique form of dressing up, to set oneself apart form the crowd.

Take a look around, the next time you go out to a club, and you will see 99% of the men there wearing a pair of blue denim (relaxed or bootcut), long sleeve shirt (untucked), and a pair of slip on shoes in the following colors; black, brown, or white. no imagination, everyone looks the same. no one wants to stand out, be labeled a fag.

hence, that is why the homosexual man is more likely to experiment with different trends.

i.e. skinny jeans

yes, i wear them, i've been wearing them for years now. Not that ultra-skinny jean like Cheap Monday, but a skinny denim with some stretch. But for me, I was following my rock roots, ala Ramones, The Clash, The Cure to name a few. I was surprised when the trend took off, and i was ahead of the curve...again. The ULTRA SKINNY look is definitely not going to last, as the extremities of fashion usually don't, but slim jeans will be around for a few more years.

as to guys wearing girl jeans.
A couple of years ago, it was hard to find a skinny denim for men, so yes, many skinny men sized 26-29 opted for women's jeans, as they were the only brands doing skinny. I never did myself, but now there is just no excuse.

I think they are gay and I don't think I can take a man serious with tight pants on. Just because something is "in style" does not mean they have to follow.

I like a man who can dress on their own with their own personal taste. Quite frankly my boyfriend is never going to own any of these girly pants, nor would he even want them! *phew*

Right... MY personal taste in men is a hot shirt with regular jeans. Since when are pants a big freaking deal anyway?? I think it's mega gay. No thank you.

so we are judging jeans on how they are cut or sewn now? so what if mens or womans jeans are different that way, it doesnt matter if a guy wears jeans that u may find it a womans section, if they look like the guys jeans and they fit better, i think thats all that matters and thats all i care about, jeans that fit me.

Wow. A pair of pants causes this much fuss?

Posted by pkcRAISTLIN on Jan-30-2008 03:17:

Oh right... I'll make sure and do that next time. Sometimes I get lost in my "I'm Tricia and Sam is about to sexxx me" fantasies.

Ok seriously. Apart from the fact that Barbina has already schooled you more than once, I have in fact worked in a retail store and yes there is a massive difference. I also did the stock for the store and have worked with the Visual Merchandisers and the designers of some of the biggest brands and mens and womens jeans are totally different.

In fact, I could actually tell the difference before I worked there and so can most people. Oh and there's no such thing as unisex jeans.

You're an absolute tool. The end.
