wtf! my ankle is acting up today... how long can ankle injuries last (i sprained my ankle at pvd in nov 2006!!!!)

at SVD last week i kept getting a freakin foot cramp it was annoying as hell. I had trouble dancing. I should of warmed up and stretched before the gig.
i will b there working it out on the dancefloor as usual. and after last week i'm def looking forward to hearing jollin's opening set.

hmmmmn, dunno. He wrote back to me but that was this afternoon. Not sure what time I'm going. I'm home now, waiting for my friend to get out of work. He's closing and then we have to drive from Westchester so I may not get there until later.

This was an awesome event. Was my very first attendance at something like this and can't wait to attend one again. Anyone on here may know who I was - the guy with a backpack & watch phone on. (My screen was showing a lot.)
Ended 12 hours ago on three classic A&B tracks: Alone Tonight, Good for Me, and Satellite. Anyone recorded or at least has a track list for this one?
