Pretty nice, but still fails. I just have too many peripherals that I bought with a windows mindset, and I don't want to buy all new stuff. Mp3 player, sound card, keyboard, MS outlook.

And I think I may actually like KDE3.5 better than 4. Either that or i just need more time to adjust to 4.

Can I ruin your computer? I think the servo motor in my laptop's CD drive is fucked, so there's no hope of ever reinstalling an OS on it.

i have this to say:

being able to minimize and open windows by dragging them to a corner and they disappear > anything a PC can offer

hahahhahahahahhahahahahahhaaha Fahad you are so full of shit.

How is that any better? It takes more effort to do than to click the goddamn "Minimize" button on a window on a Windows-based machine.

Also, azianice basically owned the shit out of all Mac apologists.

Nah that doesn't exactly solve the problem - I have an external USB dvd drive already, but I can't boot from it (I think my BIOS doesn't support USB connections).

P.S. Katie's computer is the one I'd be ruining, not mine.

Exactly. It makes the Apple commercials and their "fans" look even more sheep-ish.
