| Joe is a sucker and a pawn in McShame's desperate game. McCain makes him famous then blames Obama for his being in the spotlight. Joe's loving the spotlight and McCain, not Obama put him in it. Joe makes 40K and can't afford to pay 1200 in back taxes. I'm sure the McCain's will pay it for him...you know for his time campaining for them and all. He's not even close to "saving enough money to buy his own business". And, unfortunaley he's too brainwashed (or stupid?) to realize that Obama's health and economic plans will help him reach his goal LONG BEFORE McCain's will. As long as he makes less than 250K HIS TAXES WILL NOT INCREASE ONE DIME!. If he suddenly begins making more 275K a year., he will pay an extra 3% on the 25K -- NOT THE WHOLE 275k. That's pretty close to rate under the Clinton administration when times were good! God forbid poor Joe gets sick. John McCain's gonna give him 5K (2K if he's single) to go out and find good insurance. Good luck with that Joe. Enjoy your 15 minutes of fame. Maybe FAUX News will offer you your own racist talk show. |
Why do they hate Joe The Plumber? Why do they hate America? All he did was ask a question! Everything about JTP is a non sequitur. Why won't these damned media stop dragging Joe down?

| SARASOTA, Fla. John McCain stopped at a series of small businesses along central Floridas I-4 corridor on Wednesday, hoping to win-over economically-anxious voters with a bus tour through one of the Sunshine States most buffeted and hotly contested regions. Todays outing was dubbed the Joe the Plumber Tour, after the Ohio voter who critically questioned Barack Obamas tax plans and became a rhetorical fixture in the last presidential debate. Joes complaints have become a recurring theme for McCain in the final weeks of the 2008 race. Today, he was on the prowl for all sorts of small business owners who he could elevate to Everyman status, signaling out David The Dentist at a stop at Coatom Periodontal in Altamonte Springs. http://www.politico.com/news/stories/1008/14892.html |

| Joe the Plumber open to 2010 run (CNN) Could Joe the Plumber become Joe the congressman? Joe Wurzelbacher, the most famous plumber in America thanks to John McCain and Sarah Palin, told conservative talk radio host Laura Ingraham Friday he's considering a run for Congress in 2010. That would pit Wurzelbacher against longtime Democratic Rep. Marcy Kaptur for Ohio's 9th district on the states northern border, which includes Toledo and Sandusky. "I'll tell you what, we'd definitely be in one heck of a fight, Marcy Kaptur definitely has a following in this area," he said of the possibility. "But, you know, I'd be up for it." Wurzelbacher's chances would likely be slim. Kaptur has served in the district for 25 years, and remains a popular figure there. She won reelection in 2006 with nearly 75 percent of the vote and is expected to easily sail through another reelection this year. But Wurzelbacher, who gained fame after he challenged Barack Obama on his tax plan earlier this month, has attained a certain rock-star status in the Republican Party and his entrance into the race would likely be greeted with instant excitement and media coverage. Ingraham herself said she would immediately volunteer for his campaign and help him with campaign advertising and PR. Meanwhile, the National Republican Congressional Committee said they would welcome Wurzelbacher's candidacy with "open arms. "We support Joe the Plumber and people like him everyday with our support for lower taxes and energy independence," NRCC spokesman Ken Spain said. But a spokesman for Kaptur told CNN Wurzelbacher is already off on the wrong foot. "We just had another big layoff at the jeep plant, another 800 workers," Kaptur spokesman Steve Fought said. "So embracing Bush-McCain economics is kind of a strange way to launch your campaign. I'd have to question that strategy" Wurzelbacher's comments come a week after a group of college Republicans launched a Web site with the hope of drafting him for a congressional run. Washington, DC is broken and it needs to be fixed. Joe Wurzelbacher has a real-world perspective and the right attitude to clean up the mess on Capitol Hill, says the groups Web site, which carries the slogan, Plunge the crap out of Washington. http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.co...en-to-2010-run/ |
Sounds like 'ol Joe is out for his own interests in the name of the common man. Can't think of anything more Republican than that.

Everyone is losing sight of what that really means, beacuse the focus has switched to the all out assault on Joe. He very well could be taking advantage of the situation now though... but that still remains to be seen. |

| Joe the Plumber pursued for record deal Move over, Sanjaya, and tell William Hung the news: Joe the Plumber is being pursued for a major record deal and could come out with a country album as early as Inauguration Day. Joe aka Samuel Wurzelbacher, a Holland, Ohio, pipe-and-toilet man just signed with a Nashville public relations and management firm to handle interview requests and media appearances, as well as create new career opportunities, including a shift out of the plumbing trade into stage and studio performances. http://www.politico.com/news/stories/1008/15072.html |
So when will Joe The Plumber guest star on Larry The Cable Guy?
Look, the guy is a complete retard. Even foxnews recognizes that.
Not that anyone (who supports Obama) cares, but does it bother any of you guys that a Democrat who is the head of Ohio's "Job And Family Services" department (and contributed $2500 to Obama) used government computers to dig for dirt on Joe? Of course she said it wasn't for political reasons...lol. Bigger lie!
Anyway those records are supposed to be checked only when some probable cause exists to do so. What was this lady's probable cause? She claims that sudden public notoriety is enough to generate an investigation of someones status. She provides this sort of illegal intrusion into personal records for anyone who comes into the public light. Its a public service, you see. Riiiiight.
Does this bother you guys at all... that they can do this? All of you who are such fervent supporters of stopping illegal wiretapping and other forms of government intrusion should feel the same about this, no?
And an even bigger shock?
| quote: |
| Democrat Gov. Ted Strickland is satisfied that there are no political overtures to the check on Wurzelbacher, a spokesman said. Based on what we know to this point, we dont have any reason to believe the information was improperly accessed or disclosed by a state employee, said Keith Dailey, Stricklands press secretary. |

No reason to believe that Joe got politically vetted for dirt? What reason existed to look up his information at that particular point in time? Had someone filed a complaint against Joe? The act of opening his court records by a public agency has to have some motivation, and if no reason for a legitimate investigation exists, then by deduction the reasons were illegitimate and almost certainly a dive for dirt. Change you can believe in... the State will own you. Also, they dug into his tax and welfare personal info... wtf! http://dispatch.com/live/content/lo...30.html?sid=101 |
