I worked provincial government paper. mostly student loans.

when i got out of the industry, my base salary was $4000/m plus commission! Some months a did almost another 3 grand commission

shit industry to be in though. they treat you like crap, no job security and everyone thinks you're a bad guy based on what you do for a living.

The upper floor of the Compaq head office I used to work at was leased out to a collections agency. I met several, some are cool and normal, some are badass getto muthafukas trailer trash, and some just plain assholes. 3/4 of them were smokers (I met them outside), and they always had a good story to tell on break. Some just plainy enjoyed making women cry. Others are quite cool and sympathetic, but prefessionally persuasive. Everyone has their own style (not to put down everyone in the industry).
