On Saturday I wore tall black boots and a black dress/shirt
The lady at the store told me it was a dress (and it WOULD be a dress on a girl less than 6 feet tall), but on me it was a long shirt ??
It looked good but I still felt like a bit of a skank
Then I got to the club and saw all the skanks and felt bettor
I kind of like getting a little skanky at the club. Obviously I don't have big ol titties, so I'm not one for flashing cleavage...but I LOVE to expose my back and shoulders, and when weather permits I loves me some short skirts/dresses.

I've never had back acne, but I do have some freckles and a mole on my left shoulder.
My mole sorta weirds me out, so I cover it.

Maybe its like those fat chicks who wear mini skirts and tube tops (2 sizes too small) and think they look sexy.
haha... I wish it were. But sometimes you see it with the slim, attractive ones... that's when it becomes surprising.
I have a theory though- I lived in FL most of my life. It's warmer and more humid most of the year (even at night) which leads to sweat, which makes acne more likely. Also because of the warm weather, backless shirts are seen more often for longer periods of time during the year. Therefore, the chances of seeing it is more likely.
I rarely have pimples, and when I do get them its usually one or two at a time. However, in the winter, I am prone to four or five fairly often.
I look forward to the summer when my face isn't broken out and my hair stops being a ball of static.
