Danny was already rocking the place and we had hooked up with my friend who had a table.. VIP area was chill but overall the venue left something to be desired.. Sound could have been much louder.. Definitely not what I would have thought, there wasn't even more then like 5 Beds in the place.. Danny created madness for 5 hours straight as only he knows how.. What a killer way to start conference.. Thursday: Got some rest and caught up with JLove, Brian Scott, Ammora, and a few others for preparty for the Lee boat.. Tikki Boat was one of the best experiences ive ever had.. What a crazy time being on the boat with the man Lee Burridge.. He kept the place rocking all day with an awesome opening set by Mike Khoury.. The Tikki Boat had a killer unique charm with sand and trees to enjoy.. Everyone on the boat was there for a killer time and danced the day away.. Free Beer made this a party not to Forget..  Thurs Night: Passed out after the boat for a while and woke up at 11:30 for Space.. In a mad dash to make it by midnight before our Tix expired, we landed ourselves in Space for another exciting night.. The Terrace is the place to be no matter whether its at WMC or not.. Love the atmosphere and Lawler, Luciano and crew absolutely fking destroyed the place.. I can't wait to see Luciano again in Detroit for more chaos.. Friday Day: After getting some sleep.. I headed down to Lincoln for the Hallucination Rooftop party.. which despite being delayed because of red tape turned out to be a great party.. Droog opened with a great funky set followed by the man Lee Burridge rocking the place for almost 3 hours.. Toward the end of the set Three and Lee tagged for some extra chaos.. even Reverse Commuter suprised me with a much improved set from last year.. Friday Night: After stumbling out of the Hallucination Party, I headed over to Shine for some Hope action.. Again Shelbourne having issues with being "at capacity " and only letting in guests of the hotel.. I finally made my way in where Seaman and Warren kept the place bouncing for almost 7 hours.. Seaman bringing the tech nasty while Warren brought the melodic prog created a contrasting but creative show...Sat AM: After leaving Shine at about 6 or so.. we chilled for a while to get my mind straight for the madness of Get Lost.. after making our way down to midtown at about 8am.. We landed at the hole in the wall known as Electric Pickle, what a perfect place for the evil of Crosstown Rebels.. Damian Laz was ripping the room apart with some deep.funk.tech house until Jamie Jones came on to blow the roof off.. Butane, Seth Troxler, and Clive Henry all were spectacular acts and it really showed me where the future of electronica is.. Sat/Sunday School: After getting burned on the beach and some much needed sleep.. I awoke to what would be my last party of WMC.. Sunday School is the party to be at hands down.. Made takes the extra effort to make things happen the way they should.. Ice Palace studios was a beautiful place to end WMC.. Onur Ozer, Martin Landsky, Matt Dear, Guy Gerber, Marco Carola, Adultnapper and Joris Voorn all were icing on the cake (or ice cream.. if you were lucky  )... It was a great last day in Miami to spend with friends and reflect on the week.. All in all best WMC yet.. Every party brought a unique and fun atmosphere which reflected on the best parts of which Miami has to offer.. Met lots of awesome people and TA's which I hope to catch up again with in the future.. Even though its only one week a year, WMC is worth every minute while your there..  |

Tuesday - made it out to Paco Osuna @ hed kandi solo bc i couldnt convince ANYONE to come out (either out of town or sleepy) but did I have a blast...it was at capacity when i showed up but made it in after 10 minutes...Paco played a 3 hour set...AMAZING!!!!
Wednesday - chilled on beach and decided to go to DJ mag...showed up late...realized line wasnt moving, sold my ticket...then stood in line to finish a beer...then decided to buy back ticket and wasted 2 hrs...sold ticket again and ended up at nikki beach for welcome to miami party at 6 pm...Nic was gd...Kurd was crazy on the beach...DAVIDE WAS AWESOME...i was really impressed with audiofly...STEVE = KILLER...TIEF AMAZiiiiiiNG...left halfway thru Lucas set to change for Space ---> arrived and terrace wasnt open dubfires set was great but i see him so frequently in DC I wasn't blown away...Oliver Huntemann came on...kinda bored me at first...fell asleep while with too friends and security said i couldnt sleep...didnt make it to Terrace...and missed everything in between...
Thursday - well rested for tikki boat party after a night cut short...boat party was sick....EVERYBODY ON THE BOAT WAS LOVING IT...had a blast meeting everyoen and partying with familiar faces...AWESOME VIBE...AWESOME SET FROM LEE....AWESOMEEEEEEEE...Get invite through my friend to Erick Morillo's Birthday party at his Mansion...that was cool...i felt super out of place lol but oh well...got to flush his toilet and drink his moet and water :P ...Guetta and Morillo were in attendance and thats about it...then went with friends to Paul Oakenfold's party at Mokai bc the new the owner and had more free booze...survived 7 songs...of which 3 were really good...kanye west was the nail in the coffin for me to go....
then to MINUSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.....Troys set was all having problems...gaiser was blehh...and richie hits decks...I LOVED EEVRY SECOND OF IT...MOODY AS FUCK...A LOT OF CLICKITY CLACK AND ABOUT 4-5 SONGS I RECOGNIZED...LOVED LOVED LOVED EVERY SECOND OF IT...alot of people said otherwise...said ti was boring and slow to dance to...but sometimes i dont feel like dancing and after my day...i needed some deep headfucking...especially after oakies kanye and satisfaction songs...CAROLA comes on...so comes up the sun....so much fun!!! Paco destroyed it...but his set was very similar to his tuesday set at hed kandi so i was a little leave at 1030 am
Friday - wake up in room and t-shirt is damp from cold sweat...its 1 pm catch some sun...read email on RA that dirtybird party is shutdown...so im like...hmmm ok ill skip stuff today and rest and eat...did just that...watched spongebob and cartoons and checked emai land claude is like party was never shut down...so im like fuckkk...me fail...get in cab...go to dirtybird....and catch justin martin and claude...music is turned off 20 min into claudes set 
see emmy and her friends...chill and talk...then try to convince friends to go to grass for matt dear...look for a cab at 1205 and see MOBBBBBB OF PEOPLE...FUCK ULTRA IS OUT...i wasted too much time ((((((( friends pick me up at 1245

LOVED THAT PLACE....MATTHEW DEAR WAS ON TOP OF HIS GAME...nearly blew out my eardrum though bc of tech problems...thats what i get for being F2F with the speaker i only saw kate simko and matt dear...stuck around for 3 hrs of matts set...till prob 430...went to am only...
i HATED AM ONLY....too much going on...to much mixing of music genres and crowds...my friend was beat and wanted me to take her home so we bounced at 6 or so...again got more sleep am only was my least favorite party...i liked that karu & y didnt mix the crowds on thursday nite but friday...it was too much happening
Saturday - get some sun till 4...meet up with friend and make it to beatport as Lawler is goign on...SICK SICK SO FUCKING SICK....This was an amazing set...wink comes on...pretty good...carola was great again....and the SET OF WMC ---->>> ADAM FUCKING BEYERRRRRRR

BEYER MURDEREDDDDDDDDD IT!!! CAN'T PUT INTO WORDS THE LAST 40 MINUTES OF HIS SET ((ESPECIALLY THE LAST 20)AND THE LAST 10) HOW DOES ONE FOLLOW IT UP??? diggggggggggggggggers...get to digweed as he comes on...met up with knox...danced my fucking head off...350 comes and im like...im gonan have to go and i dont want to...MASS OF TEXTS...DONT COME/PARTY SHUT DOWN/PARTY BEING MOVED...circo was shut down and i wasnt angry...i smiled and finished a 6 hr digweed set that BLEW MY MIND!!!!!!!!!stayed to the last, last, final track...
Sunday - its 730 or so make it to sunday school all happy bc i get to see the artists id have missed if i went to circo...landsky was great...matt dear comes on...IM ALL SMILESSSSSSS...tried listening to seth but the heat/humidity was too much for me...i was melting...finish matts set and ida comes on...great great great...friend wants me to meet up with her and i bounce around 1130ish btw 12-4 i was all retarded from no sleep decide that i got what it takes for rd 2 of sunday school...come back all smiles and see joris voorn play an amazing set...see carola play a super chill set...AND HERE COMES CASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSY...I LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED CASSSSSY....THE EMOTION IN THAT SET....FUCKING WOWWWWWWWWWW --- HEARING THE CHASE THEME from MIDNIGHT EXPRESS!!!!!!!! WOW...AND SHE CLOSED HER SET WITH SONG THAT MATTHEW DEAR DROPPED AT THE SPECTRAL PARTY......
my one regret was missing the rain pour down...but when cassy put that last song on...the fucking sky sprinkled us once more with heavenly drizzle...felt FUCKING EUPHORICCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCC
AND LAST BUTTTTTTTTT NOT LEAST....SANDER FN KKKKKK --->>> LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS OF FUN...AVB showed up in the booth for pretty much the whole nite...it was a fun nite but too many hotel guests at that party (meaning they were there probably bc it was free event by shelborne)...it was anice end to the nite
