i hope her outrage doesn't start a domino effect, and give women's tennis a bad rep. not like it has a bad rep or anything. i do enjoy watching women's tennis ... yes the game (and watching out for hot bod women too).

Her shameless arrogance and lack of grace in defeat was telling of her true character. Hopefully she just packs it in and goes to design shitty clothes and doesn't bother with tennis anymore.

I found it hilarious though. I thought the umpire and the lines person in question handled it really well. She just lost her shit.

they're both a mess. For the record, I think Venus is only so much a failure of a person as could be expected of someone conceived by Richard Williams. Serena, on the other hand, has gone out of her way to surpass him as an even more crude, tactless, and generally undesirable human being.

Thank God Michelle Wie banned her father from all tournaments or we would have had another talented brat [continuing] to spend her time in the limelight defaming a sport. If anything can be credited to the Williams sisters, it's that they may have given Wie a chance to see her future self in time to fix it.
