Look, I have a small place in my heart for the Yanks, as I grew up in NY, and my dad had a tryout with them, however, thats what $$$ gets you. Pay for the ring. Phils fan since 1993 season, and hey, hats off to the better team. A-Rod still sucks

from there you just know how it goes andy pitched a quality game and shut them down besides the homerun, and with the bats jeter would go up there not lookin to smack one out of the park, but to get something going and he did and that is why he is the captin and the runs just kept comming

i havent been this proud to be a yankee fan in such a long time
these past few years they would go out and spend retarted amounts of money on guys and they didnt come threw in the clutch so it was very fustrating...this year everyone, not just one player seemed to step up and do their part to bring a championship back to new york

hahaha arod sucks.. ok 100 rbi's and 30 homers in a shortened season for him then playoffs DOMINATES...18 rbi's and 5 hrs come on... Phillys shouldnt of been so quick to call the Phils in 5. nuff said my man and to see one of the "lesser known" superstars get the mvp is even better (granted i am a bit biased cause is my fav yank) it was a good series much better than with the angels hats off to the phillies but in the end its number 27 and yes pedro.... since when was papi japanese!?!?
